Great fixes all-around! I especially like "Remember the vehicle parts to be used later / next boot" for convenience sake. I just hope a North American release date for DLC is confirmed soon.
1. Link's Awakening 2. Super Mario Land 2 3. Pokémon Red and Blue
And though it was technically a Game Boy Color-labeled release, I'd say Pokémon Gold and Silver were great. I'd go as far a saying I like those ones better than Red and Blue actually.
Outside of a potential demo of sorts (which sounds unlikely but it wouldn't be impossible) I don't see any kind of correlation here. Doesn't Nintendo usually do maintenance on Mondays for some services anyways (or at least used to)?
A lot of these developers are probably using the touch-screen features of the GamePad and treating the eShop like it's another Apple Store, and it's a shame not only for customers who could spend that $5 on an actual good game like The Legend of Zelda or Super Mario Bros. 3, but also for the developers who are probably capable of much more than that. In the end though it really is the Wii U that suffers because if it's not shovelware in disc-form like on the Wii (though it certainly exists on Wii U), it's shovelware in digital eShop form now. Between this, The Letter and others, the Wii U really doesn't need any of this.
It's nice to see new Indie devs on the eShop, but we the gamers are looking for quality, not quantity. On that note, thank goodness for quality titles like Shovel Knight, Cloudberry Kingdom and Mutant Mudds Deluxe.
@SahashraLA I agree with all of this. My HDD uses the back two USB ports and I imagine I'll use one of the front ports for an ethernet adapter. The other one is for charging Pro controllers.
I might get Ufouria. Sorta bummed that Blaster Master is on 3DS instead of Wii U, but I can live with that. Otherwise, if you've never played Trine 2 it's totally worth the price.
I watched a video of someone beating this in five minutes, and that's all I needed to see to know this "game" is garbage. I don't care what folks say about more updates coming, blah blah blah. No excuses for releasing an unfinished game, no matter what the price is. Even if this were free I probably wouldn't consider wasting time downloading it.
Decided on Game and Wario and it's downloading now. Will I get credit towards the Deluxe Digital Promotion for this? And not to be "this guy," but if anyone already has these games and chooses Dr. Luigi or DKC Returns 3D, I'll gladly use your code. (I know there's no real "reward" in that, but just thought I'd say it.)
VERY disappointed. I'm let down that there are no physical options. Even the Majora's Mask CD from last year, at least it was something.
Oh well, I think I'll cut my losses and get Game and Wario. Never got around to that, heard it's pretty fun and if I can get it as a reward why not. (By the way, there's no reason to get Dillon's Rolling Western as a reward. I paid like $2 for that a while back unless it was just a sale at the time)
YES! OH YES! I've been waiting for this to arrive on Wii U since its release. I can't wait to play it. I haven't played on PC yet because all I've got is a laptop that, while capable of playing the game hardware-wise, I can't play any game on here for longer than 10 or so minutes without it overheating and crashing on me.

I'll wait until Mega Man 6 or X3 arrives.
Re: Gallery: A Closer Look at the GameCube-Inspired Wired Fight Pads
I'm liking these controllers more and more
Re: The Console Wars Live On As Night Trap Remake Team Holds a Grudge Against Nintendo
Absolutely. As down-right silly as Night Trap looks, I'm good with not playing a remake.
Re: Nintendo Download: 14th August (Europe)
Hoping those discounts make it to North America.
Re: RCMADIAX Reveals SPIKEY WALLS for Wii U, a Block Capitals Flappy Bird Clone
This is the "top secret" Wii U project they were working on?
laughs, then cries

50 cents seems... reasonable.

Mega Man 5 and Super Mario Kart!

Oh, and you have until 8/12 to get it!

Re: Adventure Mode Details Revealed for Hyrule Warriors
Adventure Mode looks great!
Re: The Club Nintendo Reward Details Are In For August
For the time being, nothing because I only have 120 coins. But if the opportunity presents itself maybe I'll finally get Excitebike.
Re: Shovel Knight is Burying Sales Expectations
Good, the game deserves it!
I hope all my gamer friends in Europe get their chance to play it soon too.
Re: Feature: Ten Must Play Titles on the Game Boy
Of this list, I'd say...
1. Link's Awakening
2. Super Mario Land 2
3. Pokémon Red and Blue
And though it was technically a Game Boy Color-labeled release, I'd say Pokémon Gold and Silver were great. I'd go as far a saying I like those ones better than Red and Blue actually.

Re: Poll: Is Online Co-Op a Major Miss in Hyrule Warriors, or is Local Multiplayer Enough?
I was planning to get this one way or another, but the lack of online co-op is only a slight let-down.

Mario, Pikachu, Villager, Kirby and Mega Man when his becomes available!

Re: PDP GameCube-Styled Wired Fight Pad For Wii U and Wii Listed With November Release Date
I'll buy one of these, only because I know for sure they'll work with the Wii VC games. I miss playing N64 games with GameCube-style controls!
Re: Feature: A Week of Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Screens - Issue Forty Eight
@audiobrainiac You made me aware of a reference I didn't even intend to make! Good call! haha
Re: Feature: A Week of Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Screens - Issue Forty Eight
GREAT FOX!
Re: Take Pleasure In The Stupidity Of Your Friends In IQ Test, Coming To The Wii U eShop July 31st
I have a feeling that fun will be very limited.
Re: Review: Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land (Wii U eShop / Game Boy Advance)
I like the original's mini-games better, but I still like playing this from time to time.
Re: NES Remix Titles Coming in Physical Version to North America
I got the two already on the eShop, but if you have yet to play these I'd definitely hold out for the retail version!
Re: Review: Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse (Wii U eShop / NES)
@gsmaciel To me this one is definitely harder by a margin
Re: Feature: Where Are The Super Nintendo 3D Classics?
I'd love to have a 3D version of the original Star Fox!
Re: Ace Attorney Trilogy Will Boast Visual and Dialogue Tweaks, $29.99 Price Tag
For $30, I have no objections!
Re: Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS User Interface Shows Off a Wii U Menu
I'm still prioritizing the Wii U version, but I'm getting more and more interested in the 3DS iteration.

Re: Feature: Ten Wii U and 3DS Games That Are Perfect For Summer
Summer is all about Mario Kart and 8 and older games for me this year, so Earthbound and 3D Sonic fit the bill.
Re: Star Fox Stage Revealed for Super Smash Bros. on Wii U
YES PLEASE!
Re: Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures To Utilise Touch Screen and 3D Effect
I'll buy it for Wii U as soon as it's available. AVGN is awesome

MEGA MAN. That is all.
Re: Meet LeapTV, The Wii Challenger in 2014
@JacketsNest101 Isn't that a wrist strap on the remote thingy?
Re: Nintendo Download: 17th July (North America)
Was hoping AVGN Adventures would arrive after hearing that "very soon" announcement. Maybe next week...
Re: Meet LeapTV, The Wii Challenger in 2014
ERMAHGERD, LERP TERRVERR!! Seriously though, that thing looks like a Bop-It with a wrist strap.

I still wanna play it though haha

I thought I was great at Mario Kart 8... then the NLife Community GP proved me wrong! I need to sharpen my skills.
