I absolutely hated Twilight Princess. I guess every series is allowed an occasional misfire, right?

Not really.....but it still looks pretty good.

Out of curiosity are the main characters male or female? I still can't tell.

Anyway, the more I see of the game the less interested I become.

We'll see the new Nintendo system first hand and probably see early details of the competitions as well. This E3 should be pretty interesting.

Not surprising. The 3DS library is pretty underwhelming at the moment (haven't used mine in over a week) but once more games trickle out the numbers should improve.

I'm with Jayarr on this one. Sounds pretty bad on paper, but who knows what the final result will be?

Saints Row is great, and anyone who says otherwise hates fun.

To the point at hand, I see no reason for Nintendo not to dabble in the more realistic approach from time to time. That doesn't mean they'd have to embrace some fundamental shift for every franchise.

Ignition Factor isn't that great, but I'm sure some people will enjoy it. It's different, at the very least.

The price is believable, as is the ability to support 3D TV. I highly doubt it will be out in October of this year. Next year is much more likely.

It's alright, I guess. Somehow feels a bit too.....cartoony.

I vaguely remember playing it back in high school when we did a number of sports from across the world in gym class. It was a pretty baffling experience, to be honest. We basically just wound up playing a modified version of baseball with fake British accents whenever the teacher left for a smoke.

I'd like to see an achievement style system implemented in the next Nintendo console, but I guess it should be optional to keep the noise down from the awesome people (including a moderator) who posted up there about it.

Of course the 360 and PS3 are also 6 and 5 years old, respectively. Expecting a system that comes out next year at the earliest to be able to do better isn't too much of a stretch.

An online system that is totally rebuilt from the ground up

Well, the Wii is about as graphically powerful as the original Xbox, right? So I guess I could believe that the Wii 2 would be about as powerful as the 360 if Nintendo keeps the same approach.

Just improve your online structure for the next system, Nintendo. It's getting a little embarrassing as far as that area is concerned.

What exactly did you expect him to say about a Nintendo handheld? He's part of their freaking competition, for crying out loud. He says dumb crap, Reggie says dumb crap. Circle of life and all that.

While I remain skeptical of the value of "fitness" video games, I imagine the Kinect version would be the best bet out of the three by sheer virtue of it being able to detect if you're doing the exercises properly.

I'm guessing nothing will ever emerge from this.

Well, there's always Bloodbowl, but that title is super niche (and not available on Nintendo platforms).

Anyway, I don't think I've ever played a quality sports title on a handheld so I can't say I'm terribly surprised that this one isn't anything special.

Brawl Brothers was pretty average but still leagues above Rival Turf.
