@kkslider5552000 Well, let's not get into the realm of the impossible here. I'm pretty sure everyone thinks exactly the way I do. That's what I tell myself, anyway.
Not surprising. The 3DS library is pretty underwhelming at the moment (haven't used mine in over a week) but once more games trickle out the numbers should improve.
@Otak You didn't like the Prime games I take it then?
To the point at hand, I see no reason for Nintendo not to dabble in the more realistic approach from time to time. That doesn't mean they'd have to embrace some fundamental shift for every franchise.
Ha, what unsurprising comments. 99% of people who are bound to post a disparaging comment about the Move and Kinect have never actually played them, I'm sure. That won't stop them from pretending to know what they're talking about.
I vaguely remember playing it back in high school when we did a number of sports from across the world in gym class. It was a pretty baffling experience, to be honest. We basically just wound up playing a modified version of baseball with fake British accents whenever the teacher left for a smoke.
@DJ Triforce I'd like to see an achievement style system implemented in the next Nintendo console, but I guess it should be optional to keep the noise down from the awesome people (including a moderator) who posted up there about it. thank you for not bringing the namecalling — TBD
I'm just going to point out what was edited out of my post was pretty obviously lighthearted. Or so I thought.
@XyVox Of course the 360 and PS3 are also 6 and 5 years old, respectively. Expecting a system that comes out next year at the earliest to be able to do better isn't too much of a stretch.
HD graphics Graphical capabilities to be at the PS3/360 level minimum Built in hard drive An online system that is totally rebuilt from the ground up Sex bot capabilities whoops, said too much there....
Well, the Wii is about as graphically powerful as the original Xbox, right? So I guess I could believe that the Wii 2 would be about as powerful as the 360 if Nintendo keeps the same approach.
Just improve your online structure for the next system, Nintendo. It's getting a little embarrassing as far as that area is concerned.
Ha! There's nothing easier than trolling Nintendo fans.
What exactly did you expect him to say about a Nintendo handheld? He's part of their freaking competition, for crying out loud. He says dumb crap, Reggie says dumb crap. Circle of life and all that.
While I remain skeptical of the value of "fitness" video games, I imagine the Kinect version would be the best bet out of the three by sheer virtue of it being able to detect if you're doing the exercises properly.
@Warioswoods Well, there's always Bloodbowl, but that title is super niche (and not available on Nintendo platforms).
Anyway, I don't think I've ever played a quality sports title on a handheld so I can't say I'm terribly surprised that this one isn't anything special.

Re: Features: Re-Examining Zelda: Twilight Princess
I wonder if those saying TP is better than OoT are doing so simply to be contrarian.
Re: Features: Re-Examining Zelda: Twilight Princess
I absolutely hated Twilight Princess. I guess every series is allowed an occasional misfire, right?
Re: Nintendo Announces eShop Update for 6th June
Oh well, that's not too bad of a delay.
Re: Nintendo Originally Intended Steel Diver to Surface on DSiWare
I guess that explains the limited content.
Re: Pandora's Tower Trailer is Very Japanese in A Good Way
@comefrutas
Not really.....but it still looks pretty good.
Re: Pandora's Tower Trailer is Very Japanese in A Good Way
Out of curiosity are the main characters male or female? I still can't tell.
Anyway, the more I see of the game the less interested I become.
Re: Nintendo Confirms E3 2011 Conference Details
We'll see the new Nintendo system first hand and probably see early details of the competitions as well. This E3 should be pretty interesting.
Re: Japanese Hardware / Software Sales Show the 3DS Needs a Boost
Not surprising. The 3DS library is pretty underwhelming at the moment (haven't used mine in over a week) but once more games trickle out the numbers should improve.
Re: Super Mario 3D to Use 3DS Gyro Sensor
I'm with Jayarr on this one. Sounds pretty bad on paper, but who knows what the final result will be?
Re: THQ Cancels Saints Row: Drive-By for 3DS
Saints Row is great, and anyone who says otherwise hates fun.
Re: Forget About Cards, Have an Augmented Reality Tattoo
99.9999999% likely he'll regret that tattoo in a few years.
Re: Rumour: Nintendo to Launch "Wii Select" Budget Range
About time.

Other M looked real?

Re: Ever Seen Professional Ice Skaters Do a Super Mario Routine?
@DrDaisy
I'm pretty sure I was kidding with that one.
Re: Ever Seen Professional Ice Skaters Do a Super Mario Routine?
Dignity is hard enough for figure skaters to come by, so it makes me wonder why they would want to embarrass themselves further.
Re: Redbox Game Rentals Go Nationwide in June
Meh. That's even more expensive than the rental outlets in my town.
Re: Nintendo Download: 29th April 2011 (Europe)
Ignition Factor isn't that great, but I'm sure some people will enjoy it. It's different, at the very least.
Re: The Ignition Factor Lights Up Virtual Console on Friday
Never really cared for this one myself. I found it slow and somewhat annoying.
Re: Review: Conduit 2 (Wii)
Not surprised in the slightest.
Re: Iwata: Wii Successor to "Offer New Ways to Play In the Home"
That may be the vaguest and most non-committal promotional pitch I've ever heard.
Re: First Impressions: BurgerTime HD - MonkeyPaw Games
So, who wants to take bets about the Wii version getting canceled?
Re: Another Zelda Remake for 3DS?
Ugh, another remake? Come on....
Re: Rumour: Wii 2 to Cost $350, Support 3DTVs, Out in October
The price is believable, as is the ability to support 3D TV. I highly doubt it will be out in October of this year. Next year is much more likely.
Re: Super Mario 3DS Combines Galaxy and Mario 64, Out This Year
So how is this going to be "completely original" if it combines SMG and SM64?
Also, looks like Mario's furry fetish is coming back.
Re: Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D's European Box Art is Simply Beautiful
It's alright, I guess. Somehow feels a bit too.....cartoony.

Re: Hey, Listen, We Have 19 New Ocarina of Time Screenshots
Like others have said, Link looks like he's been packing on the pounds.
Re: Pandora's Tower Will Require Players to Collect Monster Meat
Really? That's the premise they're going with?
And so my hopes slowly begin to sink.
Re: Rumour: Nintendo May Cut Wii Price to $150 Next Month
Interesting. I wonder how long it would take the competition to respond with a similar cut?
Re: These Games Are Coming to You Before June is Over
Wow, the Wii is looking pretty bad over the next few months. They better be cooking up something pretty great for fall.

I'm guessing nothing will ever emerge from this.
Re: Review: Brawl Brothers (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
A six sounds about right. Deeply flawed but fun.

Muted this one three seconds in.

Don't cover up for Rare. Nobody ruined them but themselves
Re: Sega Teases Sonic Anniversary Announcement for 7th April
Sonic: 3 years of quality and 17 years of total crap.
Re: WiiWare Gets Weirder with Pelvic Floor Training on Friday
Holy crap, that sounds lame as hell. I had almost forgotten about this one.
Re: Capcom Brings New Super Mario Bros. Wii to the Arcades
@PSICOffee
If the gambling label doesn't hurt it in Japan (where restrictions are much tighter) I doubt that it would hurt it here.
Re: Capcom Brings New Super Mario Bros. Wii to the Arcades
Meh.
Re: Happy Two-Year "Nintendo Life" Anniversary
Two years? Man, time sure does pass.

Re: Nintendo Download: 1st April 2011 (Europe)
Brawl Brothers was pretty average but still leagues above Rival Turf.
