It was on this day in 2009 that Nintendo Life merged with WiiWare World and VC-Reviews to create the site you see before you now.

In the past two years we've seen enormous growth: our monthly readership has more than doubled in that time, and we now receive more than one million visits every month, making us one of the biggest Nintendo news and reviews websites in the world.

We owe our success to a team of hard-working and talented staff, not just our editors but every reviewer, news writer and moderator who's helped to make Nintendo Life a better place.

We also owe you, our readers, an enormous thank you: without you, we would be nowhere. We're extremely proud of the community we have here at Nintendo Life, and we're happy you chose to make this site your home for all things Nintendo on the Internet.

This year we will continue to grow: we've already reported from Nintendo's 3DS media events in Amsterdam and New York, and we'll once again be attending E3 in June, with full coverage of all the announcements available right here at Nintendo Life.
