Heist was one of my favourite WiiU games. I spent a number of quality hours with XCOM as a high schooler in the 90s and Heist really scratched that turn-based itch.
For me, this looks pretty great. I've been interested in VR fitness apps but I can imagine that the goggles would be a pain when working up a sweat. This looks like a good balance between game and fitness without goggles getting in the way of the gamification.
Don Bluth is almost as bad as George Lucas when it comes to repackaging the same content.
Lost a handful of quarters to Dragon's Lair 2 at the mall back in the day. The animation is beautiful (full respect to Bluth in that regard) but the twitch-based quarter-eating memorization required to play this was infuriating.
@bolt05 Interesting. Thanks for your comment. I've been keeping an eye on this game for while and was curious about the table-top boardgame description that keeps popping up. I was beginning to think that each playthrough is a couple hours (due to the whole permadeath thing). But you are saying it is much longer than this? Also, what does "rng based" mean?
@willgord I have it on my cheap windows tablet and it works great. The buttons, wires, and switches are just touch/tap enabled with a swipe to turn the bomb around. I would assume that the switch version would be similar as you would not play this docked. ...I'm considering getting it again as it is a fun group game.
Hey Dogtoy! It's pretty neat to see you respond in the comments. Just want to say that this concept looks very compelling. I will definitely keep an eye out when it releases on the switch.
This may be a silly question but can people in the family account play each other online or play the same games at the same time? I'm talking about myself and a buddy who are on our own switches and playing Splatoon 2. Any help is appreciated.
Hmmm, it would be interesting to see the demographics of the readers of this site. I still remember getting my gameboy for Christmas back in '89 but I still hold my own in Splatoon 2 (despite my creaky bones).
Just spit balling here, but to solve the wavebird issue, couldn't a GameCube cable extension allow it to fit? A bit ironic to add more cable to make it wireless...but I think that would work. I've got 4 GC extension cables (on eBay for relatively cheap) to help with 8-player games (smash bros and Bomberman blast).
Seeing how fun Bomberman blast is on my Wii with my buds (yes, it is still a go-to title at my place with 8 players), I can imagine this would be a winner.
If this is anything like Super Spike V'ball for the NES, count me IN. I was JUST looking a four-score adapter to play with more friends when I haul out the retro vids.
I made an account just to comment on this. Are you all nuts? Did none of you play the tank game on the Wii Play disc? Ridiculous fun. My buddy and I played that for hours. Reminds me of the tank games from the Atari era which my brother and I played at length as well. This is definitely on my radar. Thanks for the heads up Craddock!

Re: Feature: Creating The Ultimate Game Boy
@Bondi_Surfer Right? Maybe a survey should be done. I wonder how many genXrs and xennials read this stuff.
