How is this an upgrade over the original? The characters just don't look anywhere near as charming as the miis, and it is lacking all the personality of something like Wii Sports Resort, with way less sports. Don't really get it.

@slowp0ketail Wasn't there a trailer for Pokemon Snap like a month ago? And Crash 4 was announced for switch last week or two weeks ago.

I thought it was a fake for a second then I saw the verification badge. Can't wait for everyone to get massively overhyped and then crash down to earth when they are inevitably disappointed by the reveals. At least we know that directs are not gone forever.

@Moonlessky I think you're thinking of NSMBU Deluxe, which came out last year and had Luigi U.

I beat origins on my tablet, these games are very great, would recommend. Just bought Frontiers on my tablet and need to start that soon.

In case anyone didn't see, Platinum wanted to port the game to more platforms and Nintendo would only fund if it was a switch exclusive.

@HobbitGamer Oh No, Not ARK! Don't compare anything to that game. Although in my opinion, the graphics weren't that bad and the game is quite fun, but it definitely isn't the gold standard for graphics.

@SalvorHardin I disagree, I think that the catchphrases and stories make more people like his channel, and keep them entertained. I watch Ceave for the weird stories and the crazy experiments.

Let's Go! I have been waiting for this after blasting through the first one. I am excited for this.

@rjejr To reply to this, those games have a very limited view. If you have ever played four person Mario Kart, the field of view is attrocious and it is sometimes unplayable. If this were to happen in a platformer, where knowing what is ahead of you is the difference between life or death, this could lead to lots of deaths and frustration.

I believe that everyone doesn't quite understand the versus mode. In previous Mario games, especially the NEW ones, multiplayer was based on one screen, however, if one person got ahead, the rest of the players were sent to them on a bubble. This won't work in a versus mode because that would hurt the player trying to win, as other players can just wait for the main player to get into the lead, and then get bubbled over there and win. This makes it fair and more exciting, as everyone has to prove their worth and defeat the enemies if they have a shot at winning. Wow, this was a long post and I hope at least one person reads this.

@USWITCH64 Some levels have different themes than nintendo levels, which are mostly just simple platforming with increased difficulty. Some people make troll levels to mess with your mind, and others use advanced techniques and timings to create awesome and fun super expert platformers. Sure there is going to be a lot of garbage, but there are certainly going to be tons of great levels depending on what you like.

Mewtwo looks a lot better now. Hopefully, my friend didn't read the patch notes or his Mewtwo is going to ruin my life.

@60frames-please I mean, you can use note blocks and enemies to create music levels, though I am pretty sure that is not what you mean. However, it would be cool to use a music-making interface to create custom music for your levels. That would be pretty epic. Unless that is what you mean.

@paschott That's happened to me on a hori wii u controller. It just starts drifting in the right direction and then doesn't work until re-plugged in. Really ruins a game of Smash Bros.

@Plexagon Then again I mostly use a pro controller, so they might be drifting and I just don't know it.

@Crono1973 I just don't understand how it is happening. I am not disputing that it is happening because it obviously is, I am just wondering if how the joy-cons are used can cause some of these problems.

I don't understand all the complaining about drifting joy-cons. I have had my switch since 2017 and I have had zero issues with my joy-cons, even though I have dropped my switch a couple of times.

@MH4 This reminds me of something that happened last week. I was playing Gangplank Galleon on the bus and someone was trying to insult me because I heard of the song thanks to smash. Whoever did that arrangement is a legend.

I want a mk9 because in mk8 deluxe everything was unlocked, giving little reason for a casual player like me to keep returning to the game.

@invictus4000 What major games? The only major exclusives are WarioWare Gold, a mini games collection, and Dillon's Dead Heat Breakers. The Rest are ports and games also coming to switch.

@james_squared Yes, there is the amiibo logo on the box art for the 3DS version so I assume there will be support for switch as well.
