This article is dumb I'm sorry. Metroid needs to change not stay stagnant. Prime 4 refused to change much of anything and look how that turned out! (Doesn't help the few new things weren't good)

Metroid needs to experiment and expand it's gameplay. It needs to delve more into storytelling without losing sight of the gameplay part of it. Oh and it definitely needs to leave Ridley behind and never ever again bring him back.

Metroid titles always hint at their story and gameplay. Therefore ravenous would be referring to a hyper mode type state where you become a Metroid. Thus this is Metroid 6

@FancyJehuty Because she's jarring to play and completely unlikeable. Her combat is unbalanced and enemies are not designed around her style so it feels clunky. She detracts from the game in every single way. Plus her dialogue is annoying

@Araquanid wrong. Metroid is currently at the most successful it's been since the mid 2000s. Plus the games have had some really well thought out stories at many points. Even other m. That games problem was dialogue and gameplay but the actual story was great and fully built on samus character from the manga

So happy that it's live action!!! Metroid deserves a movie that reflects the melancholic emotions of it's lore

On a similar note, this has me more eager than ever for a new trailer of the slender the arrival sequel. Haven't heard anything since the announcement which was 3 years ago!!

I'm very concerned by the amount of people watching the movie who are unaware that rosalina is Peach's daughter in the game. Like did you even read the storybook or pay attention to her dialogue? Or how the whole game is a bootstrap paradox?

It's not as overcrowded as expected. It's brilliant! Yes it's weird that rosalina is now peaches sister rather than her daughter but I see why they did it.

Regardless the film is awesome and is non stop fun
