What an absolutely terrible list of overhyped and average at best third-party ports and blatant shovelware, with the exception of maybe 2-3 titles. I mean, how about wanting some actual new Nintendo goodness instead of that junk that can be easily played elsewhere if need be??

I'm getting those TotK amiibos regardless of their price, they look too good to ignore them. Just wish there was a set of four option for purchase somewhere.

Ugh, I wish they would already announce that Genealogy Remake for Switch and/or Switch 2, I think it's pretty obvious that the game exists at this point. Though getting older FE titles is always a welcome alternative, I suppose.

Sounds great, I like the whole Fire Emblem: Three Houses with a twist of Mario Party premise going on in this game. A must buy for me, for sure.

9/10 for me just because it's a remaster albeit a very good one. Would love to see an equally great sequel in the future though.

Meh, it was tolerable, but nothing actually good or new was announced. It could be much better if Nintendo wanted it to be. Almost feels like they are intentionally sabotaging the original Switch in regards to the software announcements ahead of Switch 2 Direct next week, lol.

I'd be happy with just Fire Emblem 4 Remake and Twilight Princess/Wind Waker HD Collection. Metroid Prime 2 and 3 HD ports would be a nice bonus. If Nintendo feels especially generous tomorrow, getting Kid Icarus Uprising HD announced would be cool as well.

Imo, a pretty great party game, an 8/10 from me. Just wish it had some character customization options, like changing costumes, colours and/or accessories equipped on characters. Also, would be nice to get some future DLC sets with boards dedicated to other Nintendo franchises, maybe even with some playable guest characters from Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Star Fox, Kirby and others.

I don't know, the demo version on Switch is pretty nice, albeit constant and expected fps hiccups during exploration on Quality mode, I haven't noticed any major issues with it. The graphics look pretty impressive for a Switch game and the battles are really smooth with responsive controls and comfortable camera angles. I'll be picking up the Switch physical version for sure, doubt I'll have any regrets about it tbh.

Xenoblade X, Metroid Prime 4, Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma, The Hundred Line, Atelier Yumia, Onimusha 2 Remastered, DQ I-II HD-2D and Capcom Fighting Collection 2 are my most anticipated releases of this year thus far.

Xenoblade X and Atelier Yumia are the only Switch games I'm interested in getting in March.

Yep, absolutely great port with beautiful visuals and smooth performance, but the Story mode is pretty terrible and those cutscenes are seriously downscaled or something, hurts my eyes watching them tbh. Bamco/ArcSys need to fix Story mode asap.

@AmyTheBrawler Lol, the same happened to me with Millia in Arcade mode, managed to beat the boss only after 8 or 9 tries without Zato's help.

Ugh, can we get an actually good Marvel game on Switch 2? Like, MUA4 for instance? Considering Nintendo spearheaded the development of 3rd game, hopefully it's not just a pipe dream.

@Jeronan A meme can be used for advertising purposes, and in case of Palworld a meme was intentionally used for exactly those purposes, with some moderate success. So it's not "just a meme", it's an obvious asset in the advertising campaign. The rest is just your speculation, I'm not even going to delve into it without more detailed coverage of the legal process in question.

@Jeronan And? Even if your speculation has some merit, what is the issue here exactly? It's strictly business and Nintendo fights to secure their IP from being unethically and presumably illegally copied and getting released on the competitor's platform. There's no crime in Nintendo's actions, but there is at least an attempted crime on part of Palworld's developers. And Palworld's success is only due to the fact that it had been blatantly promoted as a "Pokemon with guns", almost like a meme which is, honestly, a joke, and its reduced price compared to the Pokemon games since it's a niche title. There wouldn't have been any Palworld without Pokemon, so it's pretty obvious why Nintendo is pissed and wants some justice to be done.

The only Capcom Fighting Collection worth caring about, lol. I'll be getting this one for sure.

@Jeronan I'm pretty sure Nintendo's main gripe with Palworld is the creatures' designs being too similar to Pokemon's which is undisputable tbh. So yeah, design-wise it's almost a "carbon copy" but not quite a rip-off yet as it always happens to be the case with plagiarism.

Way to go, Nintendo, sue those filthy plagiarists. The creators of Astro Bot should be next, lol.

Can't wait, one of my favourite PS2 games and the best Onimusha title by far.

Loved the demo, nice gameplay and beautiful visuals albeit with some minor performance issues on Switch, just grabbed the full version of the game with a minor discount.

Oh nice, can't wait for the DLCs, base game is pretty good on Switch now and very underrated overall, imo.

More like we need more Tales of games on Switch period.

Fortnite, Hollow Knight and Hades shouldn't be on this list at all, though. Replace them with FE Three Houses, Super Smash Ultimate and Xenoblade Chronicles 3, and you've got yourself a real definitive list.

Pretty nice line-up, imo. I'm definitely getting Tales of Graces f, GG Strive and Ender Magnolia this month. Maybe DKC Returns and Phantom Brave too later down the line.

No Bleach for Switch is a real bummer. But hopefully they will release a deluxe edition for Switch in half a year.

Mai and Momo are great additions to the roster. Now hoping to see Kasumi, Mechamaru, Noritoshi, Mei Mei and Choso in the future updates.

Getting this one on my Switch for sure. Importing my party of rare, late-game demons from the vanilla into this new version of the game should be fun, lol.

Nintendo needs to get Shiver to properly optimize Arkham Knight for Switch. The Trilogy is worth it just for the first two games, imo.

Fishing and Survival are added free of charge for the Switch version of the base game with the latest patch, I believe. At least I have them now for some reason, without ever buying the AE upgrade from the eShop.

Can't believe you left out Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (and its Torna DLC), MDA: Rain Code and Bayonetta Origins of this list, while including Advance Wars and Super Mario RPG remakes which are technically not Switch exclusives.

I highly recommend getting the DLC Pass, the new modes and characters add so much more variety and replayability to the already content-packed game.
