They have already done that in Wind Waker. They somewhat gave Ganondorf character development.

And besides Nintendo aren’t exactly great at storytelling in games. They are more known for simplicity.

Count me out. The open world formula has became stale and generic. BOTW and TOTK are no different. Nintendo managed to mess up another franchise.

BOTW and TOTK was just generic open world games for Nintendo fans who hasn’t played open world games before.

Live action? No thanks. Animation however i’m ok with.
