Re: Guide: A Nintendo Fan's Breakdown of E3 2016's Press Conferences and Events

Jolt

Nintendo and Sony for me I guess. Shame that Sony is on a Monday morning, the day before my last exam this year too... Looks like I'll sleep super early and try and convince my parents to let me stay up. Just hoping the PS4 Neo has BC with PS3. As for Nintendo, I'll watch Zelda stuff for sure but not too much. Just hope they'll give us a direct soon. At least we get Pokemon tomorrow.

Re: Review: Kirby: Planet Robobot (3DS)

Jolt

I'm excited! Triple Deluxe was my first Kirby game and I loved every second of it. Right after Fates, I'm going to play this, it looks too good to miss and the reviews have done nothing but praise it!

Re: Review: Fire Emblem Fates (3DS)

Jolt

Managed to get an SE at my local GAME - they had one in stock, I'm so lucky
I'm really enjoying it so far and the music is very nice, I'm slow however and bad at strategy games, but it's still super fun nonetheless!

Re: Dual Core Blasts Its Way Onto Wii U on 26th May

Jolt

I don't have a Wii U but as it is coming to Europe later, I must make my obligatory "WOW EUROPE IS GETTING THIS LATE AS WELL AWIOJFOIEJDOIHEROIDHOIRSDHF THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS BLAH BLAHBLAH >:[" post. There it is, have a good day everyone.

Re: Nintendo Download: 19th May (Europe)

Jolt

@xVAKAR1ANx yes but they're whole games worth the price, especially if you get the other for cheaper. As I said it's your choice but I feel you're really gonna miss out on a great game here.

Re: Nintendo Download: 19th May (Europe)

Jolt

@xVAKAR1ANx the only day one DLC is free and the game being split in two is fine, they're big enough and full for their own games and you can get the other discounted... When Pokémon does it for a few different Pokémon it's fine but FE does it for two whole games and oh boy let's riot. I don't get why you wouldn't get it because of this, but it's your choice in the end.

Re: Nintendo Download: 19th May (Europe)

Jolt

At long last - Fates is on this list! I'll be getting it physically and downloading the other paths because no SE :[
Either way I can't wait to get into this game, I'm gonna spend a lot of time playing it, that's for sure.

Re: Video: CoroCoro Releases Its Own Pokémon Sun and Moon Trailer

Jolt

@Acein210 I remember telling myself I'd catch all the Pokemon before Sun and Moon but the second I loaded up Alpha Sapphire I ran around for a bit and gave up... I don't know if I'll ever do it. Will Sun and Moon finally give me the push to completing the Pokedex? Probably now but hey - who knows?

Re: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice to Arrive on the 3DS eShop in September

Jolt

@Bass_X0 THIS
I do prefer physical MUCH more as I like a nice box on my shelf, but if it's eShop only then so be it, I'm not having the lack of a box stop me from enjoying a game. A lot of my library is digital for various reasons and sometimes it's even more convenient. But I still like me some boxes at the end of the day, there's something about them a digital release can't match.

Re: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice to Arrive on the 3DS eShop in September

Jolt

@Andrzej777 Same here aha. I guess I never thought of waiting for a discount because I always like getting games at launch - but I guess it can wait. Even so Pokemon Moon will be out two months after and who knows when DQ8 will come out? To think I might get Fed Force too (although now that seems like a sale affair too)...
Too many games, too little time but that's the way it is aha.

Re: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice to Arrive on the 3DS eShop in September

Jolt

I've only just finished the first AA game... looks like between now and September I need to finish those, Fates (which is going to take A LOT of my time), Kirby:PR, Dragon Quest 7, presumably more games on my 3DS and Steam all whilst studying for exams all year through - not even mentioning all the shows and books and movies and so much more...

obligatory OBJECTION! to make it seem like I'm still on topic...

TL;DR: I have no time for anything anymore but then again who does? Is this the growing up they warned of?

Re: Some Unlucky Fire Emblem Fates Customer Have Their Special Edition Pre-Orders Cancelled

Jolt

I couldn't even get a copy because of the horrible stock, but hopefully I'll take advantage of the new bundle because it saves me a whole £6 (wow I know right?!), I get a free shirt and theme and I just want the game, sure I'm super salty over not getting the SE (my words may seem calm but I'm dying and mad on the inside) but at the end of the day I just want to play Fates. Also it seems like with this bundle you get revelations early? I'm not sure if I'm right or not but if so then that's really nice.

Re: Retail Executives and Analysts Voice Support For Nintendo's NX Release Window and Lack of E3 Showing

Jolt

I'm no expert but I think Nintendo's doing something right. Yeah I know what you'll say - typical Nintendrone but I am far from that. Showing only Zelda at E3 isn't the best thing, I really would've liked something more but this means they can focus on showing one of their biggest and most antcipated game in all its glory. If it's as big as they say then we shouldn't worry too much about spoilers. As for the NX they can take their time and hold their own event showing it off with no competition from other companies as it would have at E3 - especially with the PS4 Neo. They can have people fully focused on NX when they want. As for the launch timing, it's perfect for me as I'll have enough from Christmas and my Birthday to get it, so I'm fine with that. As I said I'm no expert, I'm just a 15 year old boy. But Fates and the many other (J)RPG's will keep me busy along with other games such as Rhythm Heaven Megamix until the NX so I don't have a problem. As for people with different tastes I agree they should bring out more the 3DS. As for Wii U they can either release something fans want or let it die peacefully and it'll people a chance to work on their backlogs (like me). Anyway I've been talking (well, typing) for too long. That's just my view on the matter.

Re: Review: SEGA 3D Classics Collection (3DS)

Jolt

Once again - Europe left in the dust... I'm interested in getting this - if it was coming out here. I'll guess I'll just have to be patient and wait, I mean it's not like Fates isn't going to keep me busy for a while.

But in all seriousness I am super excited. Fates release date, Yokai Watch for sure, maybe some Federation Force and who knows, probably a new 3DS or Wii U game in there too. Sure I'll sleep late and be super tired in the morning, but oh boy is it more than worth it. Tomorrow can't come soon enough...

Re: Nintendo Download: 25th February (Europe)

Jolt

One day Fire Emblem Fates will be there and I will be happy (not that it matters much as I'll get the SE but at least it'll be there)

That aside, I'll definitely have to get the Mega Man Legacy Collection sometime. I'll most likely get Pokémon Yellow soon too but it's not high priority at the moment ( gotta save that Fates money)

Re: Site News: Welcome To The Brand New Nintendo Life!

Jolt

After years of just being a 'guest' I have finally made an account. Getting used to this new site will take some time, but it does look amazing! I guess I'll go continue crying about Fates not having an European/Australian release date now...
