Let's get one thing straight: no one here is tired of Sun and Moon, let alone tired of the franchise itself. What we're sick of, though, is the continous teasing-slash-trolling on CoroCoro's - and GameFreak's - part.
I mean: "the reason the boxarts were whited out was the camera's flash"? Seriously?

I really appreciate people who can catch all the pokemon now. I still haven't done the original 151. I will buy this game but I fully expect to stop playing after I get all I badges. That's kind of like beating the game right? Lol

@Tsurii It seems to me like it has hooves and curly horns (or long ears with some pattern). Dunno...

Dog Pokemon?

@Acein210 I remember telling myself I'd catch all the Pokemon before Sun and Moon but the second I loaded up Alpha Sapphire I ran around for a bit and gave up... I don't know if I'll ever do it. Will Sun and Moon finally give me the push to completing the Pokedex? Probably now but hey - who knows?

Pokémon is a series you can enjoy however you want. Some people want to complete the Pokédex, other folks prefer doing the sidequests, others want to dominate the competitive aspect of the game, and some are done after beating the Pokémon League. Personally, I'll beat the League, breed some Pokémon, gather as many powerful beasts as I can, and that will be it. I haven't fully explored the Generation VI postgames yet - no Looker storyline in X, and no Rayquaza/Deoxys in AlphaSapphire. You're definitely not alone.

Yeah I think the new Pokémon is just as he leaves the house on the left. Looks like a fluffy rabbit/dog/deer/goat thing.

The body/head is most likely dog, and the tail could just be stylized, but the legs almost look like they have hooves. It could just be low-quality paws, though. I'm putting my money on it being a Normal-type Dog Pokemon.

I'm willing to bet that new Pokemon is the Zigzagoon/Bidoof equivalent

Sort of off-topic; I'm thinking we'll be seeing Pokémon Diamond and Pearl remakes in 2017. Maybe on NX too - would make sense.

Hoping for Gold/Silver/Crystal to hit 3DS VC at the same time.

@SanderEvers i dont think there's much of an established pattern as firered and leafgreen came before emerald whereas heartgold and soulsilver were after platinum. then the fifth gen completely skipped any remakes while the sixth gen skipped the third 'Z' version

Looks like that dog thing is possibly a normal type?

@CB85 Damn...now that makes me feel old...my first Pokémon game, already 10 years old and aiming next for a remake. Still remember getting on my tenth birthday back in '07, good times. However, I'd rather it wait until 2018-2019, let the NX handheld get established and let the 8th Generation of Pokémon begin before DP remakes.

Our weary eyes can't spot it? It's in plain site at 0:12. It reminded me of Skitty at first.

@SanderEvers Just because it hasn't happened before, doesn't mean it won't happen now - at all.
Besides, Diamond & Pearl are next in line, there's no way a new ground-up mainline Pokémon game for NX is going to come out anytime soon after Sun & Moon are released - development of these games takes a long time, especially the more powerful the system they're on.

And they won't go years without releases, so D/P remakes make a lot of sense.

@fanguy Not too sure, but I really hope so! That was one of my favourite features of any Pokemon game and they've really only done it once. They NEED to bring it back!

@SanderEvers To be fair though. FireRed and LeafGreen came out on the GameBoy Advance even though you could still play the original Red, Blue, and Yellow on it.
