Re: Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition Is Off to a Roaring Start on the eShop Charts

i once downloaded minecraft on the iPad and couldn't see the appeal in the game. When it was released on the switch, i gave it another go; but this time went through the tutorial. Now i'm having a blast, building my mansion with uber farming skills and slowly exploring the dangerous overworld. Its been amazing on the switch to team up with 8 others helping each other in survival mode - using discord for chat/audio makes a world of difference and so much more fun too.

i died about 20 times and almost completed the island, except i mixed up the orbs, taking the one from koholit and dropping down the side to a bottom platform, which meant i couldn't get any other orb back up onto the rock :/ Then i tried the dropping a few weapons whilst in the water glitch, so i was able to start the island with a few good weapons and finally got through. But afterwards i feel i cheated myself, i would rather have the more difficult challenge and sense of accomplishment, then a quick victory.

Re: Here's Why Nintendo Switch Games Cost More Than Those For Other Consoles

Jimmmo

I don't mind paying $10 more for a physical release of a game, more so as the switch does have limited storage atm, though i have a 64gb micro SDXC as well. But I'm only using the extra storage for Nindies shop purchases, any game that is larger than 2GB and has a available physical release - will be the one ill purchase. Until SDXC have the capacities in the future for 500GB+ then ill looking towards physical game purchases, rather then eshop.
