Re: Digital Foundry Gives Its Full Analysis of DOOM on Nintendo Switch

I think it looks damn incredible in handheld mode. I used to build pcs and always having to upgrade graphic cards....memory..etc.....just to play at the highest setting took its toll on me just trying to have fun playing games. I spent all my time tweaking this n that...so once I finally gave up my OCD....I would play all my PC games on lower settings...and the joy of gaming came back. I no longer care...... Gameplay is more impt than graphics. Yes I want it to look nice...but like myself... It doesn't have to be perfect. Enjoy the actual game. Lifes too short to do anything else.

@Tate24 couldn't have said it better myself. I think that's part of the problem with reviews. There are too many games and not enough time to thoroughly play them as intended... And most sites want reviews out asap. Not their fault. Just the reality.

I get it....reviews are subjective but damn....the reason I questioned it is a majority of your switch reviews (for some truly iffy games) were given 8s.... so it seemed off this game scored so low.

Its all good👍

Re: Reggie on Backing Up Your Saves with the Switch

Creating cloud saves or an option to back up to the SD card is not rocket science. Stop. I know at least 10 people who could do this for your Nintendo. Just let me know if you need their contact information👍

Fix the silly save issue..along with the ability to have your account on multiple devices.

I would like to own more than one switch.

Here u go! This is why I picked it up😜

Elliot Quest has a few new elements on Switch, also being patched into the 3DS version
Posted on October 17, 2017 by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS eShop, News, Switch eShop

After previously hitting both Wii U and 3DS, Elliot Quest makes the jump to Switch this week. It’s been listed on the eShop, but we’ve officially confirmed with PlayEveryWare that the worldwide release is set for October 19.

We also have some news about content updates. For the new Switch version, PlayEveryWare implemented the following:

– Easy mode (you don’t lose XP when you die, and increased the level cap to 25)
– Feather’s teleport mechanic updated so that you can choose from a few places on the world map rather than just the first village
– One of the NPCs has been updated to provide a map to the crystals and bosses, to help players figure out where they might want to go next

Using the stylus kills my hand and nintendos thumb stylus wasn't great but I found an awesome new ring stylus at http://www.txtrng.com/. It' amazing and it needs to be packed in with every game and system. It's that good. Perfect for kid Icarus. You can comfortably hold the system with both hands. I told the developer to give one to Nintendolife for review. I actually bought 4 so I have them incase they ever go out of business! I can't believe Nintendo the king of innovation didn't think of it first. $30 bucks for two may seem high but worth every penny IMHO.
