Mario 64 remade in Galaxy's engine would be a great extra (too bad it'll never happen), but I already own All Stars, so this doesn't really appeal to me.
I like this one. This and Miracle World are the only games in this series that are good, but I still think the series could have been better than it was. There were a lot of great ideas that were never really implemented well.
Man, Journey To Silius, Gimmick! (Vic should know about the soundtrack issue between the JP version and the PAL one), and Ufouria possibly coming to the VC would be the best thing ever.
If there was a way to get their great licensed games too, that would rock.

Re: Metroid 64 Was This Close to Existing
Metroid Story! Watch as Samus explores 2.5D corridors with really bad graphics and atrocious level design! You just know it would've been 2.5D.
Seriously, I wonder if it was Rare's GoldenEye team.
Re: Review: Ys Book I & II (Virtual Console / TurboGrafx-16)
10/10 for me. I just want to know what's taking Ys III so long to come out.
Also, we won't be getting IV (both versions) and V since they were never translated.
Re: Faxanadu
Long live Falcom.
Re: Rumour: Nintendo Japan Celebrating Mario's Birthday with Super Mario Collection
Mario 64 remade in Galaxy's engine would be a great extra (too bad it'll never happen), but I already own All Stars, so this doesn't really appeal to me.
Re: Buy Ufouria If You Want More Quirky Virtual Console Titles
Why do some people here think Vic Ireland is part of NOA?
Re: Review: Ufouria: The Saga (Virtual Console / NES)
This game is awesome. Glad to finally be able to buy it.
Re: Nintendo Download: August 23rd (North America)
Ufouria is awesome. Long live Sunsoft. (And GaiinWorks)
Re: Rival Turf!
Brawl Brothers is much better. Will probably get this because I love the genre, but it isn't really that good.
Re: Review: Aero the Acrobat 2 (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
This is the one I'm saving those points for after skipping the first. Hopefully they bring out Zero The Kamikaze Squirrel sooner or later.
Re: Review: Aero the Acrobat (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
The sequel was a definite step up.
Re: Review: Ufouria: The Saga (Virtual Console / NES)
Gimmick, Ufouria, and Journey To Silius. Three NES classics I've always wanted to own, but could never get my hands on.
Here's hoping that if they release Gimmick!, it'll be the superior JP version. (There's no JP text, so that shouldn't be an issue)
Re: Hey Square Enix, Let Obsidian Develop a Chrono Trigger Sequel
Obsidian? Please, no.
Re: Oh Look, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Sold Better Than Expected
Alright, bring on 2 then!
Re: Perfect Dark
Awesome game, far superior to GoldenEye.
360 port is great.
Re: Japanese Virtual Console list - April 2010
Waku Waku 7!
Freaking sweet.
Re: Review: Data East Arcade Classics (Wii)
Wizard Fire is awesome.
By the way, G-Mode doesn't own Karnov or Kid Niki. That's why they aren't on this collection.
I'm just hoping for a sequel with Boogie Wings and Edward Randy on it.
Oh yeah, and I want my SNK Arcade Vol. 2 already!
Re: XBLA Perfect Dark Getting GoldenEye Maps and Weapons
Well, good thing I'm a Wii60 owner, then. March 17th will be awesome.
By the way, the original GoldenEye weapons were not available in multiplayer in the original. They are now.
Re: Blaster Master: Overdrive
It's not a remake. It's a new game.
Re: Dark Void Zero Landing This Month
Damn, now I need a DSi...
Re: Review: Final Fight 3 (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
Great review. My only disappointment was that they never brought Dean into the SF series. That dude has mad potential.
Still, best beat em up ever? Well, on the SNES it probably is.
Re: Final Fight 3
The special moves and branching paths alone put this above the other games in the series for me.
Beat Em Ups on the SNES just don't get better than this.
Re: Sega to Abandon Mature Wii Audience?
Why do poor sales of another publishers game scare them when the games they've released for the system have done relatively fine?
Can we just get Headstrong on a new Overkill or Virtua Cop already?
Re: Review: Blaster Master (Virtual Console / NES)
"I picked it up last night and honestly I cannot believe the NES was capable of making a game that looks as good as this."
That's Sunsoft for you! They completely owned the NES. Blaster Master is one example of their awesomeness.
Great review! Everyone who loves classic games needs to grab this one.
Re: Review: Alex Kidd in Shinobi World (Virtual Console / Master System)
I like this one. This and Miracle World are the only games in this series that are good, but I still think the series could have been better than it was. There were a lot of great ideas that were never really implemented well.
Re: Sunsoft To Release Telenet Titles On Virtual Console
Good point... Well, release the good ports and non-porn games at least.
Re: Sunsoft To Release Telenet Titles On Virtual Console
How about all of them?
Re: Virtual Console Blaster Master To Spearhead Sunsoft Revival
Man, Journey To Silius, Gimmick! (Vic should know about the soundtrack issue between the JP version and the PAL one), and Ufouria possibly coming to the VC would be the best thing ever.
If there was a way to get their great licensed games too, that would rock.
But Blaster Master is a perfect start.
Re: Blaster Master
Any less than a 10/10 from you guys and I'll never forgive ya.
Seriously, one of the best the NES has to offer.
Re: Alex Kidd in Shinobi World
Nah, this is a great one. This one and Miracle World are the only Alex Kidd games that are really good.
Re: Final Fight 3
This owns FF1 on the SNES, too.
Such a great game.
Re: Joe the Condor Zeroes in on Tatsunoko vs Capcom
Actually, there's 26 characters total as the ESRB reveals. There's still one character left to announce.
"This is an acrade-style fighting game in which players can select from among 26 characters based on Tatsunoko anime and Capcom video games"
Re: Review: Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap (Virtual Console / Master System)
I actually prefer the TurboGrafx-16 versions of the entire series except, obviously, Monster World IV and the first two games.
Re: Dragon's Curse
This is the game that made me discover the TG-16 and how great it was.
Re: Review: Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair (MD)
^I agree with the above review. I never understood why this game is so hated. Personally, I thought it was great.
But the Turbografx version is the better buy. (Which I personally think is true of with the entire Wonderboy series)
Re: The Dynastic Hero
I love this game. One of the best games I ever 'discovered' on the VC.
Re: Monster Lair
This is awesome. Like a 2 player Adventure Island that we never actually got.
And Dynastic Hero is great, too.
Man, I love this series.
Re: Fight in the Street on Virtual Console Later This Month
I'm still waiting for Legendary Axe and Rondo Of Blood.
Re: Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap
This is the exact same game as Dragon's Curse, right?
I own: Wonderboy, Wonderboy In Monster Land, Dragon's Curse, Monster Lair, and Dynastic Hero. I think that's all of them...
Re: Capcom Cordially Invites You To Decide The Next Versus Title
Capcom Vs. Square Enix.
Mostly focusing on the SNES/PS1 era stuff, of course.
Re: Review: Golden Axe (Virtual Console / Virtual Console Arcade)
Revenge Of Death Adder, Sega. Come on, already.
Re: Braid Is Too Big For WiiWare
I agree, Wii60 FTW.
Re: Ys Book I & II Released in US Next Week
Wow, 3 classic games at once! This is almost like, the way the VC is supposed to be!
Re: USA VC Update: Super Fantasy Zone and Gley Lancer
LunarX, you should be posting that every week.
Re: Only Geeks And Otaku Want Extra Storage On The Wii
[Headwall] [Headwall] [Headwall]
This is doesn't get any less ridiculous, does it?
