Re: More Than 1500 Cheaters Took Part in Pokémon's 2013 Global Showdown

@bugaham
The fact that Red and Blue has an EV and IV system is irrelevant. You're missed the point entirely.

What I mean is simply that EV and IV didn't really matter much back then so much as they do now? Why is that? It is because people liked playing games for the fun of it. Why do they now insist on IV breeding and EV training? Instead of playing the game for fun, they are now playing a game so they cannot lose... Interesting.

I really don't care about IV's and EV's. I play Pokémon for fun, not to waste my time optimizing Pokémon. That's when it truly becomes a chore. One of my friends actual does EV training and has trying to get me to do the same. But no, I rather be hard-working and dedicated rather than bringing out this so-called 'true strength'. In the end, I'm one of the few Pokémon players who stuck by the precedent Red and Blue left.

People, calm down. We don't know if they will do that yet.

"WayForward's creative director Matt Bozon recently said the studio would certainly look into the prospect of making a HD version for the Wii U"

"This is by no means an official announcement from WayForward"

Re: Soapbox: Why We Should Expect More From The Legend Of Zelda: Wind Waker HD

GrayMoon

I'm not buying it because it's a new Zelda, because its not. I'm buying it so I can relive the experience. These are two different points (new Zelda vs. relive experience) that justify buying it. Heck, I bet most people are buying it just to relive the experience.

Re: Miyamoto: Mario Will Likely Return To Single-Player

Hooray for hub worlds leading to the same levels with different missions! That is my overall opinion for Mario 64, Sunshine, and Galaxy. Yes, these were fun, but I would like a change of scenery sometimes. I just wish they would do New Super Mario Bros. 3 but with a different art style and different music. :/

Please respect that we all have differing opinions and please respect my right to have one. Thank you in advance.

Re: Talking Point: It's Time for Nintendo to Drop Region Locking

GrayMoon

Of course whoever wrote the article had the main point being "Microsoft and Sony are doing it". It's not like Nintendo is its own company. Oh wait, IT IS. If you want region-free gaming, go to Sony and Microsoft because they don't care what region you're from as long as they are making money off of you.

EDIT: Btw, that's my opinion. Please respect that we all have our own opinions.
