@Kirk Whoa, let's NOT go there. I like Nintendo design, but not because it's Nintendo. Besides, it's fun to think up the other possibilities. Maybe like what if the power button was a power switch?
@Kirk
Yes.
[EDITED FOR CLARITY] The 2DS vaguely reminds me of the Game Boy Advance. v_v
Quite frankly, 3DS need Game Boy Advance games. I needs my Superstar Saga.
@bugaham The fact that Red and Blue has an EV and IV system is irrelevant. You're missed the point entirely.
What I mean is simply that EV and IV didn't really matter much back then so much as they do now? Why is that? It is because people liked playing games for the fun of it. Why do they now insist on IV breeding and EV training? Instead of playing the game for fun, they are now playing a game so they cannot lose... Interesting.
I really don't care about IV's and EV's. I play Pokémon for fun, not to waste my time optimizing Pokémon. That's when it truly becomes a chore. One of my friends actual does EV training and has trying to get me to do the same. But no, I rather be hard-working and dedicated rather than bringing out this so-called 'true strength'. In the end, I'm one of the few Pokémon players who stuck by the precedent Red and Blue left.
Well, well, well. It started out as a way to unleash console's full potential. Then piracy took over homebrew as number one. Bet you a million people will get mad at them for "protecting their hardware from pirates."
I'm not buying it because it's a new Zelda, because its not. I'm buying it so I can relive the experience. These are two different points (new Zelda vs. relive experience) that justify buying it. Heck, I bet most people are buying it just to relive the experience.
Please respect that everyone has differing opinions. Please respect my right to one.
Hooray for hub worlds leading to the same levels with different missions! That is my overall opinion for Mario 64, Sunshine, and Galaxy. Yes, these were fun, but I would like a change of scenery sometimes. I just wish they would do New Super Mario Bros. 3 but with a different art style and different music. :/
Please respect that we all have differing opinions and please respect my right to have one. Thank you in advance.
Aaaaand how does this enforce Wii U possibility of thatgamecompany publishing for it? Honestly, this doesn't give me hope. A definite "YES, WE'LL DEVELOP GAMES FOR WII U" would give me hope. This is just "We're thinking about it". :/
Good. So good. Now let's get more people on board. I was tempted a few times to animate a Wii U commercial and post it on sites like YouTube, but I'm not a good computer animator. XD
Of course whoever wrote the article had the main point being "Microsoft and Sony are doing it". It's not like Nintendo is its own company. Oh wait, IT IS. If you want region-free gaming, go to Sony and Microsoft because they don't care what region you're from as long as they are making money off of you.
EDIT: Btw, that's my opinion. Please respect that we all have our own opinions.
It's because 3DS is a handheld. That's why people are saying that the 3DS has limitations. The only limitation it has is no HD! Plus, it's Nintendo we're talking about! They know the 3DS better than we do!
I wish they can port X4-X6. I mean, on the Wii U Virtual Console, you can map buttons to different inputs. I miss X4 and X5, though. Then again, they could rip it directly from Megaman X Anniversary.
If you develop games for the Wii U, you make a bigger install base. But if you have a small install base, developers don't develop for Wii U. So basically, it's both Nintendo and third party companies fault for the small install base.

I wonder what it would be like if the L and R buttons were on either side.

Can I just say two things?
1) I don't like your design. I'm glad you like it, though. :/
2) Even if you added a second circle pad, Nintendo would still have to make a peripheral for it. You know, Z-Triggers and stuff.

I hope we get something akin to Wii to Wii U VC discount. It would suck if I had to pay full price for the DSiWare AND 3DSWare.
By the by, had already brought Petit Computer from eShop.

This article was about a new fan-made Megaman game, not a hack. So it would make since to not include that in here.
