I don't have anything against Bananas in Mario Kart 7 , which btw I will admit do require skill in trying to get your opponent to get tripped up over them. But to me, I have to go with Mushrooms. Hate me if you want to all, but to me, there's NOTHING that says enjoying wild races without Mushrooms in the mix.

I'm all for seeing Castle Of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse on the Wii U VC , but whatever happened to the GAME GEAR version for the 3DS VC ? It would be a bit better if we got both on their respective platforms when the time comes for this digital copy of the game to show up on the Wii U VC.

A small statue of Mega Man , even if it is a small version replica of that big Mega Man statue at CAPCOM is WAAAAYY TOO much for $100. I could see if a price like of about $50 was offered to fans for this, then I may dive in and grab one of these small statues.

Game Notes is a good idea for using the app to copy down passwords and other stuff. But I usually don't use it as much as I'd like to. If I'm playing a 3DS VC game for example, I'll usually just create a Restore Point for when I come back to it later on or the next day. Something I think a lot of ppl who own a 3DS these days have something against.

Castlevania seems like the only game for the 3DS VC worth downloading this week. I just wish we'd get more of a healthier selection of GAME BOY and GAME BOY COLOR games for the 3DS VC instead of NES games all the time. At least we get The Legend Of Zelda: Oracle Of Seasons and The Legend Of Zelda: Oracle Of Ages very soon depending on whether they come in April or May.

If Nintendo wants to hold a mysterious 3DS event, then I say why not hold it at a place like Nintendo World Store in New York. It only makes sense imo, unless they decide to do it from NOA headquarters, then that's OK. I just want to see if Miiverse shows up sometime soon for 3DS this time, if not then we wait until E3 2013.

In all honesty, I think it's better if a game like Two Brothers is to come to Wii U's eShop instead of the 3DS's eShop. Not trying to point fingers or anything, but I always keep hearing a lot that Wii U is lacking A LOT in the digital department when it comes to Wii U Download titles. This game really has me interested OVERALL.

For me, I'd really love to see a Banjo-Kazooie get ported onto the 3DS at this point of Nintendo's life since I recall RARE saying before a long while back that making a game for Nintendo's portable was OK as long as they had Microsoft's permission to do it. I really did enjoy Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie , 2 of the best DAM games RARE ever made imo next to Donkey Kong 64 , but I never did like the look of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. It just didn't feel like a Banjo game at all to me. As for something else, I'm surprised that the GBA Banjo Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge game by THQ wasn't mentioned. I think RARE had a hand in making that game, but I'm not all that sure about it since it's been a long time since I played that game. For me, I may be the only one saying this, but for a game series like Banjo venturing onto the GBA back in that era, it played pretty good imo for a game not many ppl expected to see on a portable like the GBA.

Look, I'm not getting into this with you. All I mean is when I said the part about some parts may not be as good as gamers would have expected it to be, all I mean is that a lot of gamers MAY have not liked the game at all instead of some actually caring for it. I always try to be clear when I express my opinion on some topics like this.

Here's a thought, although I don't own a 3DS XL , it wouldn't hurt to release these different colors in the form for the regular 3DS cradles. Now, if these made it over to the US , I would choose Red & Green as my 2 choices.

It's funny you mention that, I completely forgot about Mr. L for a min. there until you brought him up. TRULY one of Nintendo's best ideas imo, aside from the Wario Bros. as to here where they gave Luigi is own evil side.

To me, I clearly remember a version of Super Mario World out there, I believe as part of the Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World SNES cartridges, that the Super Mario World game on that cart has a different image for Luigi than the Mario sprite they used when they first made Super Mario World in the beginning of the SNES's lifecycle. However all in all, I did find the article rather amusing seeing all the jealousy spill out from Luigi as imo, it had to come out at some point one of these days. I didn't get a chance to get Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon yet, but am planning to get it next week after the good reviews I been hearing and reading about it. As for the first Luigi's Mansion game, I can't really say it was a bad game. Sure some parts may not be as good as gamers would have expected it to be. But imo, fighting ghosts, bosses, gathering treasure and hunting down Boos among other things made the game quite enjoyable for Luigi's first game. NOTE: I'm not counting that educational piece of crap game , Mario Is Missing! -__- Now if only they can make a Luigi RPG game centered around him next to Mario & Luigi: Dream Team , then I'd be impressed.

I don't mean to sound like a complete jerk saying this, but imo, I think CAPCOM made one of the most idiotic decisions of their entire time at PAX. I can understand not putting DuckTales Remastered out on 3DS, but when you say no to putting out DuckTales from the NES or GAME BOY , to me, that's a COMPLETE insult to ppl who played the game before hoping to replay it again through the Virtual Console services.

When I saw the footage for this game earlier, I couldn't believe that CAPCOM was resurrecting a masterpiece like DuckTales for this day and age. Although, the more I look at this game, the more it puts me in mind of the Paper Mario series for the way how this game feels and plays out. I do agree with everyone else on here that if this game is successful, then a Chip 'N Dale and or a Darkwing Duck game should be next in line. That or any other Disney game.

A game like a Mario Strikers U would sound good. But imo, it would be really cool to see Next Level Games TACKLE a game in the RPG area. SAY for example like a TRUE SEQUEL to Super Mario RPG. Now I know that would NEVER happen in a million years, but to me, it's good to think about something like this every now and then. And besides, if it was a Mario Strikers game, then to some ppl, it may be football to some, but to others, it's just soccer.

Now I may not be as a big a fan of MOTHER / EarthBound as everyone else is. But one thing I don't get with anything MOTHER related nowadays is that if Itoi is remaking these games so they can be released on Wii U VC , then why can't EarthBound just be changed to the name MOTHER here in the US and everywhere elsewhere also? That, and I think that because this change is being made, it's only fair to try and release these games globally also imo.

I like the idea of where you're getting at with a 3D sequel to a Mario Is Missing! game. But this time around, if something like a game like that was to happen, then Nintendo would have to know better as to not make this sequel an educational game. That's what a lot of gamers hated about the NES & SNES versions from what I always used to hear about with Mario Is Missing!

HOLY HOT DAM!! That GBA has saw some better days than what it looked like before this guy made it look good as new. I would NEVER , and have NEVER let anything like that happen to ANY of my past portables or consoles. Every maybe 3 days to a week, I take a nice warm rag with a bit of Windex and just clean my stuff off so it still looks like it's in good condition instead of looking like a grungy piece of mess.

DANG! I wish I owned a Wii U sooner than having to wait so I can enjoy this community. I need to find out more about that Mario & Luigi: Dream Team game for the summer. Also with Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon , I want to grab it, but I keep getting pulled back into the scenario that I should wait for the reviews for the game to surface before I jump and make my call on whether to get the game or not.

It's funny you posted an image of the old Luigi & Mario Hat 3DS system pouches. I never had the chance to get either one of those when I had saved up enough coins. And by the time I did get enough coins each time for them, each time they took them down. It's like I was being trolled by CLUB Nintendo in a way. Fun times imo, but ya. That Luigi Hat 3DS game pouch would be great for a sale like this.

I could care less for this game tbh. I would rather be more pleased if the 3DS had access to getting a english dubbed or maybe english subbed version of that PSP game, Digimon Adventure RPG based off Season 1 of the series. That was pretty darn good from what I saw before. Bring that over instead.

Just for once I would love for CLUB Nintendo to reveal something like a CLUB Nintendo themed Crystal Armor for the 3DS. I would jump at that in a heartbeat. All these items are pretty good, but nothing of interest I really seeing myself picking up. All in all, out of this whole Luigi sale going on, did anyone noticed they changed the CLUB Nintendo logo to a Luigi hat for a limited time.

I respect your view on Mario Kart 7. To some, it may be for the younger generation and is far from being the original Super Mario Kart. But the way how I see things, Mario Kart is STILL Mario Kart no matter which way you look at each different game in the series. Heh, I especially love how the way they paid homage to the original by recreating SNES Rainbow Road. One of my top FAV. courses in the game next to GBA Bowser Castle 1 and I'm still striving to be one of the best out there on that game.

Very elite LVL. pro racing skills this guy has. Impressive I must say. I don't see anyone in all honestly coming close to ever taking this guy down, ever.

It's good to see that Mega Man is still on track to have at least one game hit NOW coming out a month at a time. If only CAPCOM would at least have a DAM answer as to why Mega Man II - Mega Man V never showed up for GAME BOY on the 3DS VC after Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge.

I don't know why, but for some strange reason when I just viewed the trailer for this game, it kind of reminded me of the old NES game, Disney Adventures In The Magic Kingdom. I will say one thing for this game, it makes you feel as if you're taking a trip to Disney World right from your house without having to travel there. I like that concept.

Ya, I can't agree with you more pal. It's DEFINTELY been a long time coming, and then some until something I hope gets spilled at GDC 2013 or E3 2013 for a possibility of GBA coming to 3DS VC. IMO that's where it STRONGLY belongs instead of on the Wii U eShop. But with Nintendo , I guess they have their reasons.

It's funny you mention that about the NES Ambassador games being almost done with them having to wait to get Balloon Fight out last. If only Nintendo can get the message into clear view to at least try and start releasing some of the GBA Ambassador games out next instead of waiting to make a market for them on Wii U , then more ppl would be happy. GBA at least should have a well reserved home in the 3DS eShop one day soon hopefully. It can work.

I don't have a real major problem with the 3DS VC, trust me on this. But I'm just saying that if you look at other regions say for example like in UK , Australia and Japan , they all seem to have had a game like Kirby's Dream Land 2 for awhile where North American gamers still haven't saw the light of day for it yet. Same can be said for those other 2 GAME GEAR games, Sonic Blast and Sonic Labyrinth. It's probably more of the lines where a game like Kirby's Dream Land 2 never got to being mentioned yet, but at least by now, it should have arrived in the US about say like almost half a year ago by now. Same thing should apply for Sonic Blast and Sonic Labyrinth at least.

I can't believe I missed that earlier, DANG! Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates To Infinity DEMO looks like it should be plenty of fun.

For the love of Miyamoto. Nothing more than an update to an NES Ambassador game, Wrecking Crew. I'm starting to think more and more nowadays that NOA is losing their touch in the online marketing strategy.

To me, it does sound smart to release at least something different that would be at least a spin-off game like Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon aside from the whole mainstream Mario games we're always receiving. IMO, it would be nice to at least also see something along the lines of having maybe more spin-offs down the road by making like a Waluigi or Daisy game. I mean, a game like Super Princess Peach worked before, so what not something new? :/

It's really good to see that the GAME GEAR is getting a revival with 2 new 3DS VC games like Tails Adventure and Crystal Warriors. I'm willing to give Crystal Warriors a try as it really has a high interest to me as a game I would greatly enjoy. As for Tails Adventure , I used to own this game back in the days it was released. Very cool and fun game for it's time as one of Tails' first games, but I never had any idea AT ALL that it got so much respect.

I was thinking of joining, but the idea of keeping up the same community code for newcomers who would be coming in this time is a bit unfair. I mean, can't they make a new one every week?

The Mega Buster flash drive does seem like a cool gift for North America. But in a way, it kind of seems a bit lame compared to the Ultrabook. If we were able to get the Ultrabook and flash drive as a packaged kind of deal, it would be even better. But I at least like to see how many GB this flash drive can support before I at least go after it.

Heh. I kind of had a feeling this game was crap the moment I tried the DEMO after grabbing it out of the 3DS eShop.

Sakurai being sidelined with a right arm injury DOES SUCK indeed. I could have sworn I had read about something in another article on another site that's similar to this about a few weeks ago. All I can say is, get well soon Sakurai! Your health is more important to us all than worrying about finishing a game. Health first, game making is second.

I don't really like to get into talks about stuff like this, but as much as I hate to say it, no matter how many copies of a game like say, the future upcomings of Mario Kart U or SSB 4 . Wouldn't it be kind of fail in comparison to say how many copies of say something like the PS4 sells. I mean, I know that Nintendo can really deliver when they want to with nice 1st party titles, but at times, 3rd party games are a completely different story.

Yeah. It's really weird when you think of it about the whole title of the game. IMO, it should be called [ Luigi's Mansion 2 ] OVERALL in all regions. But with the US , they have to crap on us here by putting in a subtitle in the form of Dark Moon. Yet another reason I sometimes question NOA's marketing strategies here in North America.

It's kind of odd, but funny to me seeing as how BOTH Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and Animal Crossing: New Leaf are in a 4 day and 6 day radius from the North America release dates. I do feel bad that Australia has to wait a bit to get Fire Emblem: Awakening though. I may not have bought the game, but I have heard some good things about it as of lately.
