I hate to say this being on the negative side of things here. But I do agree with @Marioman64 about the whole Miiverse NOT coming to the 3DS. I'm not saying it will anytime soon, but I am saying not anytime AT ALL! Honestly all, if it was to come out on 3DS , it would have been here by now.

I always go by picking random players on MK 7. It's the way I how I like to travel. Look for 3DS*LUIGI$ in the community. BTW, the * is a Dark Star symbol.

All I have to say is that all the announcements and news that Nintendo has been delivering to us with the Wii U Direct and now yesterday's Nintendo Direct, they really hit the ball out of the park as of late. For me, getting a 6/9/2013 release date on Animal Crossing: New Leaf was great. Mario Golf: World Tour was something that was good to hear that was on the way especially seeing how we all just got through with Mario Tennis Open last year. That and hearing about a new Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis On The Move which interests me a bit was OK. But the one bit of news that came as great surprise of an announcement to me and everyone else was Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. IMO, we waited a bit too long since after Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and now since we're getting the 4th installment in the series, I can't wait to see what kind of craziness the Mario Bros. get themselves into this time.

I would go after Dig Dug today, but seeing as how I already have that game on Wii VC , I'll just go after the Naruto DEMO.

3rd Party games eh. That's a first to me. Hopefully some new info on Professor Layton VS. Phoenix Wright and Project X Zone comes through. I've been waiting on those 2 games for awhile now.

This is actually the first Mario VS. Donkey Kong game I've been interested in since Minis March Again! Mario VS. Donkey Kong: Minis On The Move looks promising and should be real enjoyable. Can't wait for this game to hit the eShop.

I'm not really much of a fan of these two games like everyone else is. But to me, this is kind of like what Nintendo pulled with Sonic Blast and Sonic Labyrinth from the GAME GEAR. Promising them for Nintendo's 8-Bit Summer last year, then lying to ppl by not releasing them after including them in the ad. It's good to see some confirmation for Harvest Moon GBC and Legend Of The River King.

I almost flipped out in joy when I saw this new Mario & Luigi game appear on the Nintendo Direct. IMO, it's been a bit too long since Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story was released. Anyways, looks like Luigi is made out to be the star so far because of the trailer. Let's hope so. I hope the story is good.

I've been waiting quite some time for Animal Crossing: New Leaf just like everyone else has. Can't wait to get my hands on this game 6/9/2013.

I hope this game is as fun as how Mario Tennis Open was. It's good to see a new sports game like Mario Golf: World Tour get announced for 3DS. I'm definitely gonna keep a sharp radar eye on this game. Please Nintendo, add online to this game.

I'll give Nintendo credit for trying to see what kind of reaction that they can try and get out of gamers by releasing a game like Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. But like I said before on the NOA Nintendo Direct page earlier this morning. I would have been more happier with like say a surprise announcement of like a Donkey Kong 64 3D in the works. Now that would have been awesome. All in all, I really can't see myself getting excited for a game I already played.

All the reason why I keep thinking Nintendo is abandoning the idea of even bringing Miiverse over to the 3DS in the long run. I mean, it's more better suited to run on Wii U than it is to run on 3DS imo. Not that I'm hating on the 3DS. That's just the way how I see this all playing out.

I will admit, Nintendo makes it feel like they abandoned E3 2013 with all the heavy hitting news they're bringing us lately. First the Wii U Direct not too long ago. And now this Nintendo Direct today. I really can't wait for Mario & Luigi: Dream Team , Mario Golf 3DS and Animal Crossing: New Leaf. TRULY gonna be a great year for Nintendo.

How the heck can you bring over a game with Wii graphics to 3DS? I would have been happy if they had like a Donkey Kong 64 3D as a surprise announcement instead. I don't know if I like the idea of a game like Donkey Kong Country Returns being remade for 3DS.

I can deal with a June 9th release date for Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Glad they finally confirmed an actual release date now instead of later.

I would be happy if Pokémon X and Pokémon Y were to introduce like maybe say a mini MMO imo. I know that's expecting a lot. Besides, ppl would probably say that that kind of thing can probably not work due to a game like Pokémon being on a portable like 3DS. But to me, a Pokémon game with the kind of feature which can allow you running into other different Pokémon trainers from anywhere in the world where you can battle or trade Pokémon with would seem like a cool idea to me.

Mega Man 2 gets my vote this week for the ol' 3DS VC goodies list. Now if only the eShop can just have DAM access to Mega Man II and the rest of the other original GAME BOY Mega Man games, then I'd be a happy gamer overall. On the bright side, at least it's still good to know that Mega Man 3 - 6 are still on the way to the 3DS eShop.

In all honesty, this REALLY isn't a late update to NintendoLife for the usual weekly Nintendo Download section. IMO, I saw times close to nearly 11:30 AM EST where I live here in the US that that time is the latest.

I would like to see something like this pass, but I don't think it's mean't to be in all honesty. Not to be playing favoritism or anything on this subject, but I would have loved to see that cancelled The Legend Of Zelda LEGO project come to life. Personally imo, I don't see WHY that ever got canned by the fans? :/

Sonic Adventure 3 may finally show it's head after all these years eh? I want to say I'm impressed, but all in all, I'm not really. Good for it being on Wii U if they want to release the game on a platform. But I'm not so sure about 3DS. Putting Sonic Generations on 3DS on the other hand was acceptable seeing as how it was never going to see the light of day on Wii like it did on PS3 and XBOX 360. But all in all, I hope this turns out to be good and not bad.

Very cool vid. of the Ghostbusters with the Mario Bros. replacing 2 of the 4 Ghostbusters. I almost fell over laughing my head off when I saw that Daisy was supposed to be Janine with the, "WE GOT ONE!!" line.

I think it was Mario Kart: Arcade GP 2 that I played at a Chuck E. Cheese's before when I went out with the family to my little cousin's birthday a few years ago. Like anyone I'm guessing, I went right for Pac-Man as my character out of the gate and just enjoyed the heck out of that game. I will admit, it felt very different than playing Mario Kart on the consoles and portables, but still was an enjoyable experience. As for Mario Kart: Arcade GP DX , it seems like to me that they really are trying to make the most out of what was done in Mario Kart 7 with the gliders and driving in water, and adding it into a new ARCADE installment of the series. I just can't help but wonder if this is kind of a surprise as to what's to come in Mario Kart U ?

Playing Pikmin 3 with Wii U GamePad ONLY sounds OK to me I guess. But why can't they have another option like say if you want to be able to play the game with the Wii U Pro Controller, then you can without no problem. Nice info for Pikmin fans to be hearing about, but some improvement on controller options can be done before Pikmin 3 releases imo.

Well, from what I know with all the confusion if this clears things up a bit is that MOTHER 2 is supposed to be hitting Nintendo Of Japan's Wii U VC on 3/20/2013 from what I was able to make out on one of the pages of their Wii U section.

Not to be an idiot on this or anything, but how can ANYTHING AT ALL be in development that's involved with MOTHER ? True, MOTHER 4 is not supposed to be happening, but are you trying to suggest that maybe Itoi is trying to make like a spin-off series from MOTHER planned? :/

Strangely enough, I remember once calling the Nintendo Power Line to get help with trying to find my way to Boom-Boom in the 1st Fortress of World 7 in Super Mario Bros. 3 when I was a little kid. Never knew that the service existed until 2010.

Metal Slug 4 would be the game of this week for me to go after. But I'm more interested in trying Ikachan out tbh.

I don't think it's more of a thing of sulking about this. I'm just saying like a New Super Mario Bros. 2 themed kind of mini trophy or something close to that would be better. Besides, something like a certificate is a bit easy to have misplaced, lost or destroyed by accident.

Instead of some certificate, it would be a lot better imo if Nintendo did something similar to when they gave Club Nintendo members here in North America that Mario trophy with Mario , Luigi , Peach , Yoshi , Toad & Bowser on it about I think it was, like a year or almost 2 years ago. Almost like a New Super Mario Bros. 2 themed one in this kind of mini congratulations to all who collected over 1,000,000 coins. Sucks though that all the North American gamers over here don't get nothing for it like how Australian gamers are getting something at least for the efforts. True, I may be a bit jealous, but congrats to anyone in Australia who earned it.

I don't actually remember a game called Jetpac on the old Donkey Kong 64. If it's there, then I must have overlooked it before probably. As for anything that goes retro old school in the game, I DEFINITELY remember seeing the old Donkey Kong arcade game in DK 64. That's something I'm sure everyone probably remembers to this day.
