@somebread Araki didn't know how to make him work so... yeah maybe a character that has weak but constant ranged attacks that make you approach, but if you approach he gets powered up. But if he approaches he does not. Alternatively, in a simpler way, he could just have weird scenario attacks that are just references to scenes and don't do anything like what he could really do in combat

So the original had 41 characters with dlc, so this adds another 9, if I'm correct. I'd say mostly cast from part 7 and 8. Could the Head Doctor be one? I dunno. Part 8 was ultimately a letdown, one of the worst, shame as it had the potential to be a better one but it dropped the ball

@SwitchForce This is just conjecture, but i think we were gonna get a switch pro, and chip shortages limited that, but nintendo could still get better screens, so instead of a pro, we got the OLED, due to supply chains. Switch 2 will be the switch pro like device we wanted

@MikeHiscoe I think that nintendo has carved themselves their niche. You buy nintendo products to play nintendo games. They are like disney for video games. But the steam deck, I am hoping it is a sign or a beginning for a new trend in technology. Gaming laptops are bad, they lose everything that is valuable in a laptop, battery life, weight, thermals. But this comprises the design space, and you can still do pc things if you wish. I'm optimistic about using this as a portable pc and a place to play my large library of games. But I have the money to buy tech that interests me, I havent missed a console since the gamecube, from any of the main companies. I do think part of the barrier is financial and that can lead to some people being more scathing because it is a bit financially intimidating. I wish the switch oled was the switch pro, but it isnt, and i think people are venting some frustrations about that on the steam deck as well. For me I was prepping to buy a switch pro, but this allowed me to pivot and I can't wait to play halo portable

@Chamver I would, of course I own everything, but it is a bit like apple products. They are better when you are more invested in their ecosystem. So having a gaming PC and instead of a gaming laptop you have a steam deck, its going to replace my laptop for travel that's for sure.

@Clyde_Radcliffe That's the bare minimum for current release AAA games. Play something indie or something a bit older and you will be able to get a better frame rate

What fighters run poorly on the switch? It was mentioned in the review, but to my knowledge, only really MK11 runs poorly on the switch. Unless you count Dragon Ball FighterZ's load times. Anyone want to let me know? I have a fair amount of the switch fighters and just want to know which ones to avoid thanks. Also Might give this a try, if i can decide between getting another fighter or getting another shootemup

We do have rush duels here. You can even buy the precons for it. I have the blue eyes one. Its a damn shame though, I really liked legacy of the duelist and its extensive library. Would be the literal perfect duel simulator if it just had the bug fixes to stop it from crashing

@westman98 this is a fake leak based on that alone. They confirmed that rise is the next official mainline game, just as world was a mainline game. Just as generations was not a mainline game, thus not MH5. Lots of fake leaks have been going around and NL should have been more scrutinizing instead of getting caught up in the wave

@Zequio I'm simply asking for consistency. I've seen comments from team members saying this is family friendly and moderating the chats as such. At the very least they could appropriately tag the comment. That would be a very responsible way to do it without self censoring. Simply just have a warning tag of sorts.

@PickledKong64 To be honest i just dont associate with any anime community whatsoever, let them enjoy it their own way, and you and I enjoy it our own. If you let communities actions decide your liking for things and dislikes you will miss many fun things in life. Shame you don't like Jojo. @PickledKong64 Haha yeah I've watched my share. Jojo is just fantastic. Been reading more manga, if you want something good and heavy "Goodnight Pun Pun" or Biscuit Hammer if you want something that is pure shonen but does well to distance itself from the pack, and manages to be a very consumable size. Berserk as well. Read the Jojo manga. Part 7 is the best but 8 is very interesting
