Comeon do not encourage them to make... remakes! We must pretend new ip and new games! My choses goes to Wonderfull 101 and Bayonetta2.

How will this compensate the fact that i've already finished the game, two times?
What will happen when a so called "Ron Gilbert" will come to us and will say: hey, watch out, i've done the best looking version of monkey island.. on wii u.. and it costs seventy bucks only!

@earthwormjimx3 Yes Most Wanted is a pc gaming like,but the pc version is a porting from the other consoles. This means that when pc portings will come from for example ps4, a graphics and texture down grade will be needed. Not to mention other technical downgrades due to limited wii u cpu power. We have to submit to the fact that wii u, compared to the upcoming consoles, is like the "old" wii compared to the last gen consoles. Infact i will buy a ps4 or a xbox720 to place side by side to the wii u, as well as i got a ps3 near my wii.

Well, for the first three months of this year, we can still talk about the "year of nothing". My Wii U is still waiting for games.

I don't understand if the game will use a tv output @720p or it will be rendered @720p and then upscaled to 1080p as all other Wii U actual games.

If what i'm watching are Wii U screenshots, then the game looks awesome and seems like the 720p native resolution (upscaled by default @1080p) with filters is the right choice. If Wii U will able to move all these bells and whistles without glitches, then this game will be a success.

I'm joust waiting for some titles to play with: Bayonetta2, Wondefull101,Pikmin3.
Actually, my Wii U is an empty container, turned off, with a bit of dust on it.

I tried MH3 demo, and the feeling is to play a 2001 pc game, with low res textures, no antialiasing no pixel shaders.. nothing! Even the pad interface is cut down to 4:3, as the 3ds touch display! And the gameplay: were is the story? A tuttorial... i don't even know how to kill this animals.. and why?? And what these little creatures that jumps around me are? Unbelievable.

@Davidiam007 : PC graphics quality, with only 1GB DDR3 ram avaible?? The same amount of memory, but GDDR5, is located in my radeon 5870, on the other side i have 6Gb ddr3 system ram. As you can see, my pc has less ram than the ps4.
I got a wii u and, unfortunately, i have to admit that the current situation is the same we had with wii, ps3 and xbox360. Both ps4 and xbox720 will have 4 times the power of a wii u, and any third party game developed for wii u will be a scaled down game from the competitors.

I see new games and new ideas in this play4 presentation. New characters and new stories, along with "old" franchises like infamous (wich i really appreciated). This round will be hard for nintendo, they can't simply come out with the old dear zelda. They need to create new characters and new stories and, YES, cool graphics to bring players to their side.
And please.. stop this SuperMarioBrothersWiiUNewYetAgain titles.. simply you don't have more space on the game cover to write it.

It depends on what they will develop for wii u. If it will be a simple porting, with scaled down graphics, obviously, i'll get it for pc or (if i even buy it) next gen console (ps4 or xbox720).

Hehehe, after all, they're right. Untill now i'm seeing Mario games only on my wii u. I'm still waiting for something new and decent to play. All games today are remakes, if we not consider Nintendoland. Next new games will be Bayonetta2, Legoland and Wonderfull101. Let's hope for good piece of art. By the way, seems like ps4 will be a good gaming and multimedi aplatform.

I don't have a game to play with my wii u. And seems like i will not have a game to play for a long time..

I will not download another copy&past super mario or luigi game. It will be the same again, with a green character instead of a red one. When will nintendo impress us with a momentum of invention that brings to us something new?
What about new characters and new stories??

I don't like the free to play aproach. I feel to loose the control on the money i spend. When it's possible, i like to buy the special edition of a game, becouse i like a lot the bells and whistles it gives to me I'm definitely an old style gamer.

I would like to start reading some news like "the team blablabla is developing a new 3rd party game for wii u", instead of reading about teams leaving the platform

So, if we'll see these games on other platform, the one to blame is Nintendo. And if this will happen, i will boycot Nintendo forever.

I got a wii u, and i'm disappointed about nintendo support for this platform. Delays, problematic big updates, poor launch titles, bad account management etc etc..
Actually the only platform specific game is nintendoland. All other games are remakes and poor updates (for ex. supermario bross wii u is the same boring mario scaled up to 720p... same gameplay same graphics same characters.. same levels..).
And let's talk about the big gamepad: not so comfortable, but still accetpable design, but the battery....the battery.. it's a shame! It spends more time attached to the battery charger than in my hands. Three ours is the worst wireless gameplay i evere seen in modern consoles. I would have paid 20 more buks for a better battery..
Returning to Rayman i'm boycotting the game, the game developers and ubisoft. Forever. They lost me as a customer.
Nintendo, on the other hand, as a bit more time to adjust this mess, until i will get completely pissed off.
P.s. i'm boycotting any other super something 2d game too, until they will decide to innovate this brand.

A good racing game, albeit its framerate is below the 60fps standard

I got a ps3 and a wii u. I would buy it if there would good reasons to do so. If the wii u version would have good graphics enhancement, good use of big pad and a price not so higher than the ps3, it would be a good deal for me.

I got a wii u but, after the initial surprise done by nintendoland, no another games captured my attention. All other games are a riedition of old games that are already avaible for other platform and at a lower price or a more complete flavour (mass effect trilogy). At this time, i don't have more reasons to own a wii u. Maybe the incoming titles as wonderfull 101 or bayonetta will wake up my curiosity but these days my wii u is shuttered down...

@Mandoble I agree with you. The "new super mario bros wii u" has the same level design of the previous games, with some graphics enhancements. Playing it on DS, then Wii and now Wii U... is enough for me.

@Mahe You're damn true. I want the next mario in 8 bit flawour with 16 colors graphics in glorius 280x188 resolution.

Hummm... no, unless the cartidge will integrate a 5Ghz wireless streaming decoder. Maybe for some specific use...

I don't understand why they don't integrate the virtual console in the wii u eshop. I bought a wii u... but now i'm a bit doubtfull about my investment.

Compared to the Wii version, and normalizing it by the relative technologies, the Wii version is better becouse of the better job done by developers on using the hardware resources to give a 360° experience. The Wii U version uses the same textures, despite the 2GB of ram avaible, vs the less than 100MB for the original Wii. What a shame.

I got no crashes from my wii u. System is olso enough reactive but in the settings menu. Maybe the system settings closes all other tasks before the execution, this may explain the increased load time.

I hope that wii u os and games updates will be as less as possible, because one of the best wii winning points are the "put in the disc and play" philosophy.
