...Who cares...? The 3DS already has plenty of third-party support, not having tools of war on it won't hurt it a bit...

The only Driver game that I've played was the original back on ps1, so I hope this 3DS one is like that one. I've heard bad things about the other iterations in that series...

As for Splinter Cell, I've only played like 30 minutes of Conviction on my cousin's 360, so I really have no expectations...

I don't think it's a stretch, especially with all the hype the 3DS has been creating...

Don't let the hate/whining discourage you, Sakamoto, this was definitely an excellent Metroid game. I loved it and what it brought to the series: its storytelling elements, the voice acting and, of course, Samus's newly-learned melee attacks and dodges...

I can't wait to see what the next Metroid game brings to the table, especially given the way Fusion ended...

You obviously didn't run into the elevator glitch in Corruption. I remember having to start my file over from scratch after unknowingly saving (and said glitch happens in the Pirate Homeworld, which is almost at the end of the game >=O)...

I don't mind that there was no N64 Metroid game, since—as others have already said—the Prime trilogy was well worth the wait...

Also, I don't blame the declining developer for saying no, since Super Metroid has still yet to be topped by any other game in the series...

NoA, you better get us some of those goodies or else... >=O

Excellent "final" podcast, James, I enjoyed it quite a bit (particularly the Metroid Prime main menu theme at the end )

Number one, baby! It truly deserves that spot...

I've already completed the game and it was a great ride, well worth the $50 I dropped on it (hell, it's worth a lot more). The story, voice acting, the action, all of them were top notch, and I give Sakamoto and Team Ninja major kudos for crafting such an awesome Metroid game. This game was so good that I'm considering naming it my favorite Metroid (for the time being, it's tied with Super Metroid)...

I'm having a blast so far, and I do intend to squeeze as much playtime out of Other M as possible...
