Man I realised they offered a free DLC Code on launch day (http://nisamerica.com/games/culdcept-revolt/), with a bonus challenge and a book cover, but read it 2 days after :/ Do you know if they will offer it again? Or does anyone has a code which hasn't been used yet?
I love the games and love the idea BUT it's mostly fun with more than 3 players and not all my friends are familiar with the english language. It would be nice to have subtitles or even a full translation.
This games bring me to another question: If you see the Wii Party U Minigames and little bit of PictoParty and Spin the Bottle, there are NO quiz/trivia games on Wii U. The GamePad seems perfect for that kind of games. On the Wii I had so much fun with Smarty Pants and TV Show King.
Do you remember the first introduction videos of the Wii U GamePad with drwaing? Where you had to guess how long 4,6cm are, and everyone had to draw the line, and nearest result won? So awesome and nowhere to find!
@Toincoss I TOTALLY AGREE this game was so awesome for DS and so adictive, I don't know why! It even had Online Multiplayer, would be perfect for 3DS now!
I love the series, I bought the 3DS Version just to play it again, but this new title sounds like another Giant Robot Testversion, with Miyamoto trying stuff with the GamePad instead of making a Core Starfox Game with awesome space shooting and online multiplayer the series deserves
Yeah same here, it does not work. I saw it without holding ZR and this version here, but I get no confirmation sound nor any characters and I beat the game.
I was impressed of the ideas the yput in. I still don't know a game present, which has such elements like the sniper scene, where you have to shoot bad guys but pay attention people going for guns, but just took their phone or glas or something else. It was the best. And also the spy elements where so fresh and interesting, not just shooting around but doing actual spy stuff. But yeah the gameplay technical problems where bad.
I think I am a guitar hero veteran, but maaaaan this game is tough to follow! I tried it out at normal and couldn't succeed the first mission after 3 try outs But maybe it's like in guitar hero, i started slow on easy and very fast on expert, cause it was more fun ^^
Twisted Fusion didn't hook me that much, cause it looks like a general game, but Hex Heroes sounds awesome, I had to back it, after it was only a few thousand dollars away and also didn't think they gonna make it. This is a game where the features of the Wii U are shown at its best, cause asynchronous gameplay is used very rare and works so fine. It is a Wii U only experience and developer who put their heart in supporting the suffering Nintendo console, has to be supported!!! But 2015 is sooooooo looooong, I want it now
Does anybody remember the good old N64 Battle times? With the spectacular tactical maps Block Fort and Double Deck? We spent hours batteling in these arenas and after that everything was boring as hell in every Mario Kart after that.
Why didn't we see something like new modes or a really good battle mode in MK8 with these retro tracks and new ones?
I want Battle Mode back as it was these old days, am I the only one??
rest is ok
Hm I was close buying it for some asynchronous gameplay, cause despite of Nintendoland and other few there is not much of that kind, but even this sounds not good enough for that price
I hope that they can pull of the ultimate version, so it would be better than the others, not in graphics but in gameplay. Just like everyone said Rayman Legends Wii U is the best version of all the others.
The bigger question is, how could Nintendo turn this around?! I'm not sure MK8 and SSB can do that alone. Sure there will be more consoles in homes, but is it enough for the 3rd parties to say: yeah now there are more consoles out there, let's do something for that! I mean Arkham Knight doesn't come for the not really next gen Wii U
They should work faster cause in 6 or more months after releasing it on other plattforms, nobody wants that game anymore on Wii U, so the will loose more money. Nearly same thing with Rayman. Bad descision! Yeah it is a sad thing @Daemonite, but we will get and already got very got Nintendo 1st and 2nd party games
I love the game, but as always I want more options. Create rooms, choose/vote maps, play with friends online etc. morse code is funny, but not helpful during combat, voice chat would be nice
This reminds me of Rare. Since the Nintendo days they fell...
But Eternal Darkness, wasn't really that good (must have been more polished), BUT it was unique and also a new experience. I rememeber jumping from bed to may Gamecube to pull out the MemCard cause the game wanted to delete everything near heartattack ^^
Surely the price of €14.99 is maybe ok, but I would possibly play it for 10 minutes and play another day, cause it's just a highscore challenge for now and then, nothing more and for that price I think New Super Luigi U delivers better experience. I also didn't play the originals that much exept Super Mario Bros. , but I could be totally wrong looking at the 9/10.
@Longaway Yeah I think it's MIDI. Sometimes they sound very good and the singers too, but sometimes more like Wii Music ^^
Hm does anyone know if there is something to unlock? Cause you've got costumes and stages so it would be nice with some more stuff!
Boah Hard days night and Californication are impossible to sing, cause the text showing up is too slow! Maybe they should offer the SingStar option...
I could have waited till Lego City and than buy the Wii U cause till then, it collected dust most of the time. so I spent so much money for a brick of stone I want a Wii U Embassador Program Nintendo >
There is a point in what Monkeyofthefunk says. Nintendo has massive problems with Wii U and I don't know even with 1st party support of the nex year, the console will be successfull like 3DS is now.
I'm mourning over the Matt Casamassina times at IGN, when they didn't talk that much bad about Nintendo!
It would be nice if they make an ExpansionPak that boosts Wii U Power for NextGen, but you can work with the console to bring good looking games especially Nintendo or Nintendo only. That is the biggest problem, cause we Nintendo fans will buy the console and their games anyway. Lack of 3rd party and dooming the console all the time, makes bad publicity. At least bring all the xbox 360 and ps3 games coming now and later, cause this is definitely possible. With real NextGen it's tough.
They lost a lot of money I think cause of bad critics so the question is, are they willing to take that risk, spending extra money to make a better version (if it is possible in any way) or will they burrie the game for good by releasing the allready produced game on Wii U or not releasing it at all. I'm still wondering why it wasn't released yet and why they make such a mystery out of it!
Actually they could do the "Ex Effect" (uhh I have to patent this ^^). Take a Team, make some extra costs, remaster the failed edition and bring the Director's Cut some months later for the Wii U like Sqare Enix did with Deus Ex. Reviews have to blow the minds and BOOM the Wii U gets pushed and the version it should have been exclusive for Wii U, instead of releasing the sucking one nobody would buy after all.
@chiptoon: same by me. I saw the game first time at the press conference and was stunned. Then I looked it up and realized it's still out on steam, but now I wait to play it on Wii U. And I want that console NOW ^^ I love that Nintendo is finally easier to handle and coops with many develpers cause there are more and more positive feedback.
I played it yesterday and I like the gameplay although the sensitivity was to high for me. the multiplayer idea with tapping zombies at specific spots was fun and very hard for the survivor to capture the flag. I watched my friend playing the singleplayer and it was awesome BUT the graphics??? -.- where the hell is this next gen? look at crysis3, this is next gen. ZombiU looks like a good Wii title with more objects and details. I know gameplay should be more important than graphics, but I also want to have fun watching the game cause it looks good not only plays good!

Re: Review: Manticore: Galaxy On Fire (Switch eShop)
I think it's boring. Slow pace, no real action, always the same, lame impact and repetive. Extremely cool graphics though. Not more than 6.

Re: Review: Xenoblade Chronicles 3D (New Nintendo 3DS)
I don't like the look of the 3DS Version, I prefer it big on my TV. Ok I bought OoT, SF, and MM too, but I wait for X
Re: Review: IRONFALL Invasion (3DS eShop)
I don't like the controls though. Touchscreen Pointing is slow, even at fastest settings, I would like to double tap for hiding behind the wall.
Re: Ubisoft's Unreleased and Finished Wii U Game Has Apparently Been Identified
Actually I miss a Quiz Game like "Smarty Pants" on Wii U!

Re: Katy Perry's "Roar" to Be a Free Downloadable Track in Just Dance 2014
@sillygostly I think they actually do have some GamePad functionality with choosing the next song in multiplayer while dancing and stuff like that.
I don't get why they didn't add it in the game from the beginning, or does 46 songs sound bad
