Re: Review: Wrestling Empire - A Love Letter To Pro Wrestling That Falls Foul Of Hilarious Bugs

Watched the trailer on the "coming soon" part of the Eshop and was intrigued. Looked into Mdickie and honestly major respect to the guy.
As someone who started on WWF Warzone and Wrestlemania 2000 this actually gives me a lot of nostalgia! Downloaded the demo and the jank and madcap fun is exactly what I've been looking for. Played 2K20 on Xbox and it was just too serious.

Happy to support MDickie and excited to see future updates to the game!

Re: Review: FIFA 21 - EA Insults Switch Owners Yet Again With This Half-Baked Effort

So as a purchaser of this game I have this to say. I bought 18 on the switch and really enjoyed it, I also usually buy PES but after the last few came to game pass on Xbox after a few months I thought I would buy FIFA 21 on the switch.

I play career mode, I like having the updated team rosters, new young players to scout, purchase and develop. I will definitely get my money's worth from the game.

I do think the game should be cheaper but in EAs defence they're not pulling the wool over anyone's eyes they're telling us what it is even on the front cover of the physical release. If you want the same game with updated rosters the option is there for you

Embarrassed to say I'm picking up FIFA really wanting to play a football game with up to date transfers and stats after refusing to pick up the last 2 FIFAs on Switch.

Will get my money's worth out of it just hate supporting these terrible practices

Was tempted to play more Fire Emblem Warriors after the Hyrule Warriors trailer but I'm trying to complete some of my backlog so have decided against it.
Finished Sparklite Monday which is a nice little 7/10 game. Also finished Halo Reach on solo legendary which wasn't as painful as I thought it would be.

Will definitely be playing more Children of Morta, fantastic setting and narrative, gameplay is addictive as anything!
Also try to squeeze in a few more Captain Tsubasa matches!

Doing a Pokémon Sacred Gold nuzlocke and hoping to crack on with it... But every time my daughter sees my DS she demands we play Peppa Pig.

Picked up the Borderlands Handsome Collection on Switch and decided to play Pre-sequel as it's the only game in the series I've not played. Loving it so far great pick up and play game

After spending a whole night deciding what game in the eshop sale to treat myself with I settled for Ys VIII, really excited to make a start on it as loved Memories of Celceta on the Vita.
However while it was downloading decided to play a bit of Shakedown Hawaii (a game of not touched in 6 months as I didn't really enjoy it) and realised just how fun it is and may just crack on and try complete it over the weekend

@charlieonholiday I finished Black Flag this week and truly believe I will struggle to play a better game this year. It works great in handheld and makes going around collecting every treasure and getting all the ship upgrades a dream. The story is pretty meh but it made me genuinely interested in the real life pirates of the era (some who feature in the game too). Overall would 100% recommend feel I've gotten my money's worth from the collection and not even downloaded rogue yet

For me it's Assassin's Creed 4 keep telling myself to just focus on story then sail past an island and can't resist collecting everything on it. Will also pick up Child of Light while it's ridiculously cheap on the eshop I'll be paying around £2 cash for it. Sadly working a 24 hour shift Sunday so unlikely I will get much gaming time
