Got the physical for just over 60 euro's. I loved galaxy 1 and never played 2, I prefer getting games physical.

Backwards compatible is absolutely great, although this does mean the eshop is gonna be a mess again.
I hope they ll find something for that.

Problem is, you know Ubisoft will put this in a deep sale. I know I want to buy and play the game, but I'll wait for a sale

There have been advertisements before that removed the bezel to make the picture larger. So that in it self doesn't prove anything. I would like the new switch to have that smaller bezel and thus a larger screen. But I do think it should come with upgraded hardware too, otherwise I won't be bothered to make the switch 😉.

Was't gta v free on epic game store this year? That would boost those numbers up

Gamemania.nl only requires you to give a name and email, no account required. My guess is it should work from outside of the netherlands/belgium too. You get the code by mail on friday

Ah I must have been wrong about that.
I'm not that interrested in the PS5 as I'm always playing in handheld.
So I skimmed through the PS5 video, I thought it said release 2021, but it might have been about one of those games.

I imagine the PS5 release to be scheduled in 2021 would also factor in. Stock holders will fear a decline in sales as soon as the PS5 releases, but that won't happen this year and might even be late 2021 as Sony didn't want to commit to a month as of yet.

What about farming simulator

Missing diancie and some of the mons of ultra sun and moon so I wont be able to complete it. Alsof a special version of a pokemon you can't move to sword and shield....

Pokemon shield and links awakening

Transfered my living dex from sun/moon to home, yet the pokedex on the Phone only registers a few of them Which is a shame. They do show in the pokedex on the switch though. Alsof when browsing through the pokemon on my Phone I see both the new boxes I made in pokemon home as the old structure I had in pokemon bank. Its confusing.

Still despite the bugs i'm reasonably happy so far.

I think the problem arrises from the one switch one island thing they use in this game. You can't transfer your save file to another switch because it would clash with the (possible) island already there.

On the switch I can play the games I want whenever I want without the need for a big screen TV. I'm living together with my GF and we share the TV. Sometimes I hook up the switch to the TV but most of the time I'm just playing in handheld mode. There's no sacrifice for me there. I haven't bought a PS4 or XBONE because I would only occasionally play on either of them and wouldn't make any progress. (Unless save games would be shared but the don't do that). Also since my last home console is the XBox 360, to me the switch doesn't really feel like a big downgrade.
If I'd be living on my own things might be differently but right now the switch is perfect for me.

Let's not forget that ps4 and xbox aren't releasing anything big now that could dethrone pokemon because of the next generation coming. And neither did Nintendo. To really compare diamond and Pearl to sword and shield you'd have to look at absolute sales nummers.

Also I imagine that if sword and shield released without the controversies it would have sold more in the first week and the sales in the weeks after wouldn't remain so high.

I myself hold off buying the game until I was sure i'd enjoy the game. And allthough it could have been more I am really liking the game.

Played the GC version few years ago and I loved it.

Well actually the launch commercial of the switch is what got my curiosity for the console.

Ring fit adventure, star link battle for atlas and cat quest

Finished it twice now, allthough I'm tempted I'll wait a little while longer for playing it a third time.

More copies of maria kart 8 sold on switch than Wii U systems sold

All the games they bring over will be legacy editions 😂

I find it strange that is still has the little outcut at the back for connecting the switch to the dock. I wonder why. Possibly for a few accessories, but I don' t think there are many accessoirie for that.

As much as I like the look of these cases. With these joy con cases, the buttons kind of disappear. And you can't push them anymore.

@zufa86 No what I meant is, is there a store where I can order the standard game that ships to Europe. Bestbuy doesn't do that I think.
