Re: Rumour: Switch "Successor" Will Be Backwards Compatible, It's Claimed

BecuzICan

Will it be digitally backwards compatible though? It would be ridiculous if Nintendo did not have backwards compatibility with physical copies as they will likely copy and paste the exact same concept that was used with the DS to the 3DS. I don’t feel confident in digital backwards compatibility though. With Nintendo ID, this is a no brainer. Easily log in to your ID and download all your games and even save data’s. I can see Nintendo restricting that method simply because gamers will have to go out and purchase physical copies, or just because they want to limit the ability to access games like they’ve done in all of their past. I’m crossing my fingers but trying not to be too hopeful

Re: Talking Point: What's Your Favourite Nintendo Switch Screenshot?

BecuzICan

I’m an amateur photographer who loves taking photos of almost everything, this has branched off to include my Nintendo Switch screen shots where I have at least 100+ noteworthy photos. I haven’t found much success in the field as a hobby so I have never posted any. Taking screenshots on the switch is fun, and having features like what Super Mario Odyssey offers brings a table of creativity. I’ve always wanted to see Nintendo do more with their Nintendo Switch online app. There could be a whole social section for displaying your screenshots, commenting, getting followers and more. Maybe one day Nintendo will realize the huge missing opportunity the screenshot feature and Nintendo Switch online app could have.

Re: Reminder: Splatoon 2's "Bonus One-Off" Splatfest Is Now Live

BecuzICan

@WoomyNNYes I’m from western US. Having the exact same problem. Even got a message saying if the disconnection continues i’ll have a temporary ban. Not sure if it’s a server problem or playing with/against those in other countries more then usual. But it’s certainly a problem

Re: Nintendo Releases New Super Mario Odyssey Artwork, Confirming Another New Kingdom

BecuzICan

There are a lot of questions to be told. Usually in a Super Mario francises, there are 8 words. The only ones missing from Odyssey are a Sky world, Snow/Ice world, and a Lava world. Although if kingdom’s related to those themes were released, then the total count of Kingdoms would be 10 worlds. In current Super Mario games, a special world is also including which would bring the count to 11 Kingdoms. Also, in the newest trailer to Odyssey, I counted 16 Moons that went into the Odyssey Ship. That would also not make sence as for 16 x 11 = 176. That’s way more then usual. Although, if the 16 Moons that went into the Odyssey Ship was just for nice animation purposes, then maybe there are 11 Moons for each Kingdom. 11 x 11 = 120, which is exaxtly how Mario Games with Power Stars are like. I am probably wrong with my theory, but it’s hard to doubt that I didn’t think of some possibilities.

Re: GameStop Pushes Back Some Wave 3 amiibo Pre-Orders

BecuzICan

I preordered all the wave 3 amiibos (including some that I preordered doubles and tripples for some of them) except for the exclusive Amiibos, and on February 1st i went into Gamestop and they said that they did not get in their shippment yet and are waiting for a responce on when they will ship in. Gamestop also told me that they would make sure that i was first to know as soon as shippment arrived on the day of or the day before. Its only been 5 days but i havent gotten any responce from Gamestop yet

Re: Rumour: Villager, Marth & Wii Fit Trainer amiibo Discontinued

BecuzICan

Woah woah woah! This is way to soon. Not a lot of people got there hqnds on some of the amiibos because of limited supply in few stores. I didnt think the some of the amiibos would have been so popular so i nevee rushed to get some of them. Im only missing Marth and Villager and there the ones that are sold out everywhere. Nintendo needs to have more stock soon, for my sake, and many other people!

Re: Sounds Like Super Smash Bros. Director Masahiro Sakurai Sure Could Use A Break

BecuzICan

Sakurai is going through emence stress and many hours of work with no or little rest. i could go on and on about how bad we all feel for Sakurai (which yes we all feel bad for him) but he is creating the best game of all time and i think he deserves a week off to rest. even if it delays the games release, he deserves a minimum of a weeks long rest. Any how i extremely appreciate for all the work he put into this game.

Re: Masahiro Sakurai Provides Another Look at Super Smash Bros. Modes

BecuzICan

Im pretty happy on the way its turning out. All though, theres a week left until the Japaneese release. And theres still a ton of detail characters and detail about the game that havent been anounced yet. Im still hoping on the Wii U version to support custom stages, and im waiting for a Mario & Luigi Dream Team stage, which i feel like is possiable because one of the songs in the 3DS smash bros is the Dreamy battle theme 'remix' of that game. Im hoping to hear about a Nintendo Direct about Super Smash Bros 3DS sometime this upcoming week before the release of the japaneese version to show all characters, stages, and whatever else they havent talked about.

Re: Feature: HD Remasters That Would Be Perfect for Wii U

BecuzICan

@Sonicfan11589 I love super mario sunshine. i also love both super mario galaxy. but i dont think any wii game will have an HD remake because you wouldnt see too much of a difference between wii and wii U. Id prefer super mario sunshine and im dying to hear a release about super mario sunshine HD. so im with you on that

Re: Nintendo 64 Titles Heading to the Wii U Virtual Console

BecuzICan

yeah id love to see Nintendo 64 games on the Wii U. but i really think nintendo is forgetting about the gamecube. id love to see Super Mario Sunshine or Dubble Dash on the Wii U virtual concole. or even better would be to see an HD remix for those gamecube games and more. but for now, ill love to see Super Mario 64 or the origional Super Smash Bros on the Wii U Virtual Console.

Re: E3 2014: PDP Shows Off its New GameCube-Styled Wired Fight Pad For Wii U and Wii

BecuzICan

these controlers look really nice actually! but i think it may take some time to get use to those 2 circle pads, because im use to one circle pad at the top while the one lower and more to the right was also smaller and different color. so it may take some time getting use to. i also hope the controller is wireless. i never liked having corded controllers because i hate being limited to a certain distance from the system. So as sad as it is for me, if the controller isnt cordless, i cant/wont get it.

Re: Feature: Our Hopes and Dreams for E3 2014

BecuzICan

Im hoping for a Super Mario Galaxy 3, a Wii U Luigi's Mansion, HD games from gamecube on Wii U like Super Mario Sunshine, the origional Luigi's Mansion, Mario Kart Dubble Dash, and Mario Golf World Tour. And maybe some Mario Kart 8 DLC's that ive been hearing about recently, a bunch of Super Smash Bros Wii U/3DS news, im also hoping for maybe one Mario Sports related game for Wii U, and also a lot of info on the TV show and videogame of Sonic Boom.

Re: Photos With Mario Available for Free Now in North American eShop

BecuzICan

@NickieBoy i think it would combine the two but i don't want to take any chances. I've done a lot of long time research and it seems like the only way to get my Nintendo ID onto my new 3DS is if i either delete all the memory on my old 3DS or do a system transfer. but i don't want any of my memory from my old 3DS on my new 3DS and i don't want any memory off my old 3DS but the ID. I may just have to try to be patient and wait for Nintendo to update the 3DS to allow people to switch their ID to a different 3DS. If anyone would like to try to help me id really appreciate it. To NickieBoy and C-Olimar i thank you both for talking to me and helping.

Re: Photos With Mario Available for Free Now in North American eShop

BecuzICan

I was hoping that this would come out for a long time and it finally has. but when i tried to download it the eShop asked for my Miiverse account. so the problem is that my miiverse is connected to a 3DS that is older and the circle pad is broken. I didnt want to transfer my memory from the old 3DS to the new 3DS because i want the street pass memory to stay. and i dont want to delete my miiverse and make a new one because ive heard that i can loose my downloaded games on my wii U, my eShop credit ($) and ill loose the points ive collected on the Digitial Promotion. so i dont know what to do and i really want this Mario app on my new 3DS. if anyone can help or clarify me about something i didnt know about or im wrong about or can help me switch my Miiverse to my new 3DS without a system transfer id really appreciate it.

Re: GBA Titles Super Mario Ball And Pac-Man Collection Rated By Australian Classification Board

BecuzICan

oh my god i am so happy! i was literally just playing Mario Pinball Land today and thinking in my head how much id love to see the game on the Virtual Consol or make a new Mario Pinball land and they did one out of the two i was hoping for. I really hope it comes in the US. it probably will though. But sadly its not also coming to the 3DS. hopefully it will later in the year? anyway.. i would love to see Mario Golf Advance Tour, Mario Party Advance, and Mario Tennis: Power Tour made available digitally since all the other Mario games i love are already on the virtual console... i think. lol

Re: Rumour: Nintendo to Launch Wii U on 18th November in North America

BecuzICan

I guessed the 18th. I can't wate to get the Wii U (hopefully in black) but I wish it came out the week before or the week after because I'm going on a cruise during Thanksgiving. The whole week. Me being a huge fan of Nintendo and not being able to play the Wii U on the day it comes out, knowing that others in north America will be playing it. This will ruin about 30% of my vacation. I hope I can find a way to get the Wii U on the day it comes out but not have it interrupt my vacation? Mama Mia

Re: Those Wii U Launch Details Might be Coming in September

BecuzICan

I agree with PunnyGuy The 18th sounds correct because the earlier systems (Gamecube and Wii) was released in November on a Sunday and during the 18 and 19. Also the system should be $300 to $350 tops. And the Wii U also should come with Nintendo land. I certainly look forward to September 13th to hear the news. ( =

Re: First Impressions: New Super Mario Bros. U

BecuzICan

Definitely getting the game. I love the flying squirrel Mario but I really hope Nintendo will think of at least 1 or 2 more New power ups. I don't really like only 1 new power up per Super Mario game. For example, Mario Galaxy. Nintendo Made 6 new power ups for that game. But I also have to remember that it looks harder to invent power ups for Mario in a 2D Side-scrolling adventure. I can't think of any.

Re: New Super Mario Bros. U is 'Accessible and Intuitive'

BecuzICan

As you can see from my user name, I am a huge fan of Mario. When I first saw New Super Mario Bros. U I notice a lot of change in graphics, the baby yoshi's are back with 3 colors and each color does different techniques. I've also seen the background which in one level, looks like a Vincent van Gogh painting. I'm not going to go to far into detail on everything but I've listened to the theme song a lot. Maybe 30 times or more and it's much different then the other New Super Mario Bros. Series theme song.

Overall the game looks amazing and this will be the first new super mario bros game that I will really love. Not that I hate the others. I love them to, but there wasn't much change. I can compare them like crazy other then in graphics Wise. Even though I was hoping for a 3D adventure like the galaxy games I am looking forward to getting the game as long as they keep up with things like new enemies or even bosses. Also I would like to see the final boss (Bowser) to be a little hard this time. Not just waiting for Bowser to jump high and run under him and hit the switch. I can't think of any ways to make Bowser Hard as a boss. But that's Nintendo's job.

Re: Wii U Will be a 'Great Value Proposition'

BecuzICan

I expect to pay $350 to $400 with out tax and I think it will come with the system, 1 Gamepad, the Standard cabling, an instruction manual, a club Nintendo code card, and Nintendo Land.

I hope Nintendo will sell the black Wii U at the same time the white one comes out. But if they only sell one, I guess I'll get that color because I won't wait longer than I should be.
