Re: Sony: PSP is Better Than The DSi

Bahamut_ZERO

Did this guy just say PSP is better than Wii? When its become an internet joke to say that the PSP has games? Okay then.....

I prefer DS to PSP by a long shot, however the PSP still has a lot of great games. But still, when you compare my PSP stack which is 1/2 filled to my 3 filled DS stacks I myself wonder how Corbie has 86 games for the system.

@Corbie: What are your top PSP games?

Im very glad that this got a 9. I was on the fence about this one, but its good to hear its great. Its not at the top of my list, and it looks like a good pick-up and play thing, so ill probably get it this summer for those long trips to my family.

Oh, and to Wiiloveit when he shows up:

I told ya there would be a 9/10 at launch! Victory is mine

Anyway, impression/mini-review time:

I've never been a huge puzzle game fan. At first, this gameplay really confused me. After a while though, about 8 minutes, I got the hang of it. Its quite addicting actually. The music starts out "Meh" but the more blocks you clear, the better the music gets. This game also records high scores, so thats good replay value. Overall, this game isnt nearly as good as other 9s from this NintendoLife, and I would give it an 8, however for only 500 points, the fact that you get 1000 free with a DSi, and that puzzle games are always better on a portable, in terms of value, this gets an 9/10.

200 points, I might get it. As long as the other US launch titles dont get a 9 that is

So when is the ARt Style Aquario review coming out guys.

Oh, and great review new mystery reviewer

Ugh, another 9. You guys give these out like mad now, how am I ever supposed to keep my oath to buy all 9s at WWW!

......Wait, loophole! I said I would get all 9s at WWW, not Nintendolife. So, that dosnt apply here (thank God, my wallet can rest easy now)

My new oath is to buy all 10s from Nintendolife!

But great review, looks like a good game, I actually keep a log of all you guys 9/10s so I can purchase them when there are no games that Im playing, and I think this will go near the top.

Eh? No conclusion section in your article! Shame on you Drake!

Anyway, I think 10 is a bit much. I hated the time limit thing, it ruined an otherwise good game for me. The time made it like I never really had time to go out of the way and explore. Even though I hated MM, it still is a good game, but deserves a 9.

Re: Review: Ikaruga (GCN)

@Corbie: Whats the difference between the ships? Is it just looks or is there something else. Another thing, on the XBLA version, how do you download other people's replays?

I bought it, and think its great. Hardest thing ever, but like MM9, I do it casually to aviod frustration. Play a bit, die a few time, play something else, come back when I only have 20 minutes of free time, etc. Considering I still see this is Gamestop for $50 bucks, Im so glad I bought the better, HD version for $10

Fantastic review Corbie. Iwas gonna buy Pac Man Championship for XBLA, but I think Ill get this instead.

On another note, I read through all NL reviews and there a lot of 9s I need to buy. Curse my oath
