I actually really like these sorts of games, Biped being one of my favorites in the genre, so I'll give it a try once it releases. Too bad I have no friends to play it with

@Ironcore in that case I do agree with you, anyone can take a pic of the mona lisa over at louvre and have it in their gallery. I was moreso bringing up the VALUE of art as a whole and the fact that a pixel art one can make in like 5 minutes gets sold for thousands of dollars, so it's obvious where the misunderstanding was.

Seriously, this is getting out of hand. I've seen people defending NFTs like, "if you screenshot it, it's still not yours, you do not own it". Like, I'm not crazy to pay thousands of dollars for a JPEG that I can just screenshot and put as my wallpaper on the phone or whatnot. Anybody that jumps on the NFT bandwagon is just desperate to get money and, frankly, Konami isn't different nowadays.

@JH64 an NFT, or a "Non-fungible token", is a more or less unique token that cannot be replaced by anything. Like, you gave up a Squirtle, and got a 1909 T206 Honus Wagner. Useless, and it's usually just a monkey with lazer eyes that costs 3000$.

Yes, there is a chance that someone would pay money to have their name listed on a website and own some JPEGs of Castlevania scenes, but only if they're insane. NFTs are just idiotic. It's like going to a car dealership and they tell you "You'll have to pay half a million dollars for a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, but you... don't actually own it. You just own an image of it and be proud of it." Useless.

@Hck the only shiny I've seen in 100h of SwSh is a Kommo-o and I missed it. But not catching a single shiny in like 20 years is just extra unlucky
