24. Persona 4 Golden (Switch eShop)

Main + Sides: 84 Hours

Persona 4 Golden is one of the all-time greats, so the 84 hours it asks of you are likely to be golden in more than just name. Add another 50 hours if you're a completionist. Alternatively, check out the other Switch-based Personas. More on this series later...

23. Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition (Switch)

Main + Sides: 84 Hours

Coming in alongside P4G is Xenoblade Chronicles. It's a cracking JRPG that began life on Wii before arriving on Switch with the Definitive Edition. This is another series with multiple entries here, but XC1 is apparently the slightest of them all.

Which isn't to say it's slight, of course — you'll still need to put aside a week of full-time play to put this one to bed.

22. Super Robot Wars T (Switch)

Main + Sides: 87 Hours

All's fair in love and Robot Wars, especially a whopping hour count.

This import-only Switch title naturally has a smaller poll pool than some of the other games here, but it apparently took six people an average of 87 to get through the main campaign and mop up the extras in 2019's Super Robot Wars T, a rather good tactical RPG from Bandai Namco. ACTIVATE!

21. Disgaea 5 Complete (Switch)

Main + Sides: 88½ Hours

Actually, scratch the Trails series — it's the Disgaeas that'll really keep you occupied until you've shuffled off this mortal coil. Switch is missing 2 and 3, but if you're into strategy and spunky writing, Disgaea 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7 will keep you going until their (inevitable?) arrival. Each entry offers an extraordinary volume of content and the 'Complete' versions bundle in all the DLC of the original releases.

20. Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition (Switch)

Main + Sides: 89 Hours

A very fine entry in a celebrated saga, Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition is simply one of the best JRPGs ever made and you'll enjoy every one of the 90-ish hours it'll take to see most of it, with another 40-ish on top of that for the obsessives among us.

19. Sid Meier's Civilization VI (Switch)

Main + Sides: 92 Hours

It's Civ, the series that distilled 'just one more' addition into video game form. With so many civs to play as, so many ways to tweak the experience, and so many legitimate approaches to building and evolving your civ as you see fit, it's a wonder we don't have to crack out the infinity symbol for this one. 92 hours seems extremely conservative, but you can't argue with the stats.

∞ Hours is the correct answer, though.

18. Factorio (Switch eShop)

Main + Sides: 92 Hours

Another one where you easily go over the average hour count, Factorio is a well-oiled cog of a management game that's easy to get lost in. One of those ones where you look up at the clock and think, 'Okay, 10 more minutes to take me to the hour,' and the next time you look up it's three hours later.

17. Stardew Valley (Switch eShop)

Main + Sides: 93 Hours

There she is! Again, putting a number on a game like Stardew Valley feels wrong in some ways considering how so many people have pumped thousands of hours into it over the years. Completionists can add another 70 to that, according to HLTB, but there are people who essentially live in this game.

16. Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy (Switch)

Main + Sides: 93 Hours

If you're not into farming, but want to spend exactly 93 hours playing a game, as you do, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy delivers three court-based epics, plus a bunch of DLC and extra content. No reasonable person could object to that.

15. The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ (Switch)

Main + Sides: 95 Hours

Okay, technically it's Rebirth which is listed on HLTB, but seeing as Afterbirth(+) is the jazzed-up Rebirth, let's go with that. And the Repentance DLC adds a metric ton of updates and changes on top of that, so regardless of the exact version you're rocking, the bottom line is that there's an absolute shedload of gungy, roguelike, Binding of Isaac action on Switch to tuck into. Take your pick.

14. The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III (Switch)

Main + Sides: 97 Hours

Back with another Trails. Cold Steel III clocks in just three hours shy of triple figures, and if this is your first in the series, you could probably fill those with a deep dive into the Legend of Heroes lore to this point. That'll definitely take you over the 100-hour mark.

13. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Switch)

Main + Sides: 98 Hours

Ah, we've been expecting you.

This writer's personal Breath of the Wild hour count exceeds this total by quite a bit, but this writer is also one of those people that hunted all 900 Korok seeds to claim a golden turd. This writer also refers to himself in the third person, so perhaps it's not best to follow this writer's example when it comes to these kinds of things.
