How do you hate the ballerina ram?

Something to do with the way he squishes me a lot

Once you learn to read his movements he becomes pretty easy.
He's slow and easy to dodge, and after he does his big jump you and run up to him and smash him about a bit before he gets back up.
Most annoying thing about fighting him is his high HP, but once you get yourself a nice weapon that isn't much of a problem.
First time I fought him, it took me 30+ minutes to take him down, but more recently on the High rank quest where you have to fight two of them, it only took me 25 minutes to take care of them both.

I've been getting tons of error codes while playing this online, never the same. Anyone else getting codes?

Never had 1 error code here

Neither have I... But I've only played online once for a couple of hours, with one of my friends and nobody else.

Another top tip is when it rears up and tail pounds just stay between its back legs and tail then blast/slice the anus/balls... Not a pretty sight but it gets the job done

(I can tell you Carbalite Ore is from HR FF quests, underwater).

Anyone else find rathalos more annoying in this game than tri?

He limped away like 5 times before he finally went down... Most irritating hunt I went on so far lol.

Can't wait to start online again. If anyone needs an experienced hunter to help just let me know. But right now I'm hr1 so yeah.

Noob question but how exactly do you rank up in this game?

Complete urgent quests.

After HR 9's urgent quest you reach the infamous G rank (HR 10) and then you begin to rank up from beating monsters. Stronger monsters give you more XP.

So I got charms or talismans or something after finishing quests and after I appraise them I can't send them to my item box. What's wrong?

Is your item box full? You have to highlight the ones you want and select send to item box.

No. I highlighted them and select send to item box and the screen just sits there until the time runs out if I don't sell them.

That's weird. Reset your console and start it up again.

Otherwise, I don't know.

I had the same problem Retro. Can't remember what I did but I got them in there. Keep tinkering with them till you figure it out.

To anyone who has gotten to it, what's the "best" brachydios weapon? I know that I should pick which type I'm best with, but some weapons are just better than others.

Ahh ok thanks.

Also why does that new shakalaka dude die so quickly when fighting Duramboros? He got wasted and never came back during the whole fight.

Cause Cha-Cha > Kayamba.

(And the same thing would happen to Cha-Cha if somehow he died).

Cha-Cha just hides though when low on health and comes back healthy. Not Kayamba!

Kayamba does once he joins you.
