Super Mario 64: 10/10. One of my favorite games of all time, and probably my favorite 3D platformer ever. Kingdom Hearts: Never played this, but I have played 358/2 Days for the DS and Chain of Memories for the GBA and I enjoyed them both. Metroid Prime: 9/10. It was a great game, but personally I liked Echoes better.
