I see only a couple anime characters with blue hair, but it's mostly the guys.

Sailor Moon - I was 5...
Sasami - I found her very cute and relatable when I was 6.
Jessie - I liked the bad-girl attitude (or at least that's how I described it) and her short skirt when I was 7.
Veran - When I was 8 I wanted to grow up and be a bad guy if it meant I could meet women like her.
Psyme - The first alien chick I ever fell for when I saw ad of her in NP wearing pasties and thigh-high leather boots.
Felicia - She works at a church helping orphans by day, while being a popstar at night, all in-between beating up bad guys. What's not to love?
Mihoshi - She's cute, kinda ditzy, but not stupid, and really nice.
Yoruichi - I loved her until I found out she was Sebastian, the talking black cat with a deep, manly voice. Now I'm terribly confused. @_@
Angel - ...ahem...
Leona Heidern - I love the strong, stoic girls. <3
Makoto Nanaya - She's beautiful, sassy, looks out for her friends, and kicks a lot of tail.

And those are just the ones I'll admit to. Though I haven't had a new crush on a character in over 4 years. And I started noticing real girls about 4 years ago. How 'bout that?

Princess Rosalina - What can I say? She's freakin' gorgeous.
Save the best for last, Raven from Rune Factory 3. I actually got married to her in the game and ignored everyone else. I like shy girls.

Oh man. I don't think I could ever rewatch that anime. I'd love to see the characters all over again since they're so lovable (especially TK), but knowing I'm probably gonna end up crying at the end I just can't lol.
