Hey, I just registered my game and did the survey, and then it goes to the screen with my to-do list and no way to complete the order for the soundtrack. Has anyone been able to order it?
When I did it, after I did the 2-page survey and it went back to the "to-do" list, a pop up came up saying I qualified for the CD and just get "get the free sountrack". That is really odd that yours didn't show up like that, since I JUST ordered mine minutes ago.

Drat it's probably because I don't have pop-ups enabled, but I don't see any icon in my browser for a pop-up I can allow.
Edit: I e-mailed their customer service. I see a bunch of people complaining about it on the Tech Support forums, so I hope they sort it out and I manage to get the soundtrack.
Nope, it's not magically in my order history, sadly. Okay, time to stop worrying and go play the game. I have faith customer service will sort it out eventually.
DAMN IT!! I didn't get the offer either!! I'm really mad now.....I emailed them about it but god knows how long it will take them to get back and if there are even gonna be CD's left by then! They better get this sorted out and fast! You'd think they would have been a little better prepared for today...
I feel really lucky... Though, I did this at 10:30 in the morning. Hope people get their soundtrack safely. It's questionable why NoA didn't do the promotion like UK where it's not "Limited" but rather "Get your to get the game and register by June 30th!"
i wish there was some way to know if you weren't eligible for the soundtrack...? i had popups turned off, i had no idea i had to have them on for this :/

I just got ahold of a Nintendo rep on the phone and he took my email and phone number and said someone should be contacting me soon about getting a CD to me. I would suggest everyone try that phone number until you get through so they can get your info.

I already sent them an email. :S I'm with black dragon at least tell us if we didn't get it or something! I really hope I end up getting it. I'm just going to play OOT for a while and then check if I got a reply from Nintendo.If I don't I'll call then.
Call Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700 if you get the message that says they have a high volume of calls, hang up and call back until you get the regular menu. Nintendo is aware of the problem and contact by phone they will verify that you completed the survey personally and then tell you that someone will call you within a couple of days. I did this after getting my Zelda at midnight (EST) and then waiting until 3am (so it would be midnight PST) to register. I called first thing this morning.
Dammit, I had the same problem. Sure wasn't hard to find this thread about it, though...go figure it's a wide-spread issue. I guess I'll give calling the number a try and see what happens...
EDIT: What happened was pretty much exactly what LoopyLuigi said. Took many tries to even get put on hold, then eventually got a guy on the line. He took my info and said I'd be contacted in a day or two. I now fully expect to get my CD, really. Shame it was such a hassle to get, though...
Same problem as the lot of you. I registered the game at around 9am PDT but no prompt. The phone lines are busy, but the customer service reps seem to be aware of the issue now. I managed to get through and was told that a message would be forwarded to the administrative team at Nintendo, and then the soundtrack would be mailed out to me. The number to hit up is 1-800-255-3700. Hope the rest of you can get it sorted out.
