Don't accept it, I encourage people not to accept it, but there are real and understandable reasons for what they did. I suggest anyone and everyone that doesn't like this move to not buy a New 3DS.
It doesn't bother me to much personally but that doesn't mean the people it bugs should stand against it.

It stopped me. I was hyped up for a minute and than I saw that crap and luckily I backed out. I would hardly ever play it if I were to get one. I may finally get one though if a new Metroid comes out since Metroid is my favorite series.

Wow... Talk about drama queens over here. Why is no charger such a big deal? I'm pretty sure that about 85% of the people buying a new 3ds already have a charger lying around and those who don't can buy one on amazon or ebay for about 5 bucks or less.

If no charger included is enough to make you not buy it then you never really wanted it much to start with so this is a good thing stops you wasting money.

I'm surprised it's even legal to sell a rechargeable device without a charging cable, since it's not really rechargeable if it doesn't include a way to recharge it. I can't think of any device I've ever bought where you had to buy the charging cable separately.
I think it will lead to fewer people selling or giving away their older systems, since they won't be bothered to buy extra adapters at $15 a shot, which means more systems sitting around collecting dust that Nintendo might otherwise be selling games for.
Given that Nintendo is already ripping off NA by charging 20% more for this than what the 18,800 yen price equates to, they should have at least included the adapter.

eh, this isn't a common occurrence in America and the majority of electronic devices come with a charger. Its the same as apple selling a iPhone without the lightning cable. Now I won't mind putting down $10 for a new one, but say little timmy's mom buys a New 3DS XL for him and will be pissed off once she gets home and there's no way to charge the thing.

Yes don't accept it then, I was confused because you said you would accept it for a game you are interested in. Which tells me and Nintendo you will accept it and they don't need to change. You may not buy it at launch but Nintendo is in it for the long run so they can wait you out most likely. Stand by your word of not accepting it and send that message straight to Nintendo, don't give in even with a certain game.

Well anybody who has bought nintendo handheld since the ds lite should have one. If you don't you can snag one cheap online.
