Link's movements were a bit stiff, but that was otherwise wonderful. I'm looking forward to stage 2, whenever that will be. Your image led me to believe that Professor Layton would be in this.

Why does everyone focus on the challenge? Sure, the hardest levels look the most interesting, but even the modest difficulties have their place.
@Einherjar The developers have guaranteed that every stage in the game is beatable.

I never played the original, but I know the game was $8.99. I think "deluxe" is worth a dollar.

The courses in the screenshots look as interesting as all the real life courses I've seen.

I don't yet have a WiiU or NSMBU. If they release a bundle with both the original and Luigi game, I will buy that. Otherwise, I'll download the DLC.

I don't know what happens if your 3DS breaks. And yeah, I don't like digital buying either. It just has nothing to do with servers going offline.

@Funny_Moblin DaveC's post wasn't addressing the 3DS. You can keep digital games on your 3DS forever once you've downloaded them because they don't require an online connection to play.

Absolutely. But they're going to eventually stop including the CD and book with copies if they haven't already.

@aaronsullivan Donkey Kong 64 contains the game Jetpac which may be Rare owned. People suspect that this is why there's no port or VC version. Come on, Nintendo! I just want to play it and see what all the fuss is or isn't about!

I think it's common sense for internet to be required for online features and not required for offline features.

Regarding used games, I think I'll paraphrase the comment I left on purexbox. If disks can't be traded and aren't required for any game, why even make disks? Might as well make everything download only.

Etrian Odyssey IV doesn't come with a manual.

I already have it, but this is a great opportunity for people on the fence. Digital prices are quite iffy however. I can see them charging $30 to keep it close to the physical price, but it should cost no more than 20 euros in a region whose stores don't sell the game.
I'm sad to say that I was unable to type the euro symbol for use in my previous paragraph. I could only figure out ™£¢∞≠®¥©÷, and half the Greek alphabet.

And this is why you don't predict the best console of the generation before it's even announced.

But the game does need the expansion pack if it keeps crashing without it.

These 2 look quite horrifying.

I like this review very much. Even though there are better Kirby games, this one can still be enjoyable and got the relatively high score it deserves, unlike some others in the series. I also agree that this game is better than Dream Land 2, which bizarrely scored an 8 on this site.

I discovered this less than a week ago, and I think it's really cool. I'm sad that he'll never get through all 649 at the rate he's going.

I haven't played Super Metroid, but there has to be SOME part that's easy for new players to get suck on. People probably reacted the same way when the game was first released.

But the curtain doesn't completely cover her bikini, so I know she's not naked from the waste down. Maybe the censor isn't as successful as I previously made it out to be, but I certainly would not say the American version is more risqué. Obviously, there was no need to change it at all.

I actually think the American version did a good job of covering Tharja, though I agree it was unnecessary to begin with.

I would never have expected them to turn the bug into a real feature, but why even remove it? As theblackdragon said, "other glitches and bugs take months for them to even look at or acknowledge as honest problems." I'm not inclined to believe that this glitch is game breaking, as nobody has explained how it breaks the game.

I would be interested in a sequel if it improves upon the things Thomas didn't like.

This game certainly looks pretty and has a charming setting. But I don't want Rex Rocket.

I think it's kind of unfair that you can overpower your army by paying for a few quick maps.

This is good. Wind Waker has my favorite non recurring music in the series.

The reason the virtual console is a great idea is the same reason it's not working out. The virtual console can let people play games available almost nowhere else, such as Earthbound, Super Mario RPG, Majora's Mask, and Pokemon Snap. But instead of this, Nintendo prefers to release the same few games so many times that anybody who wants them probably already has them.

@DerpSandwich I have the same views towards retro titles.

A lack of the Zelda Oracles GBA content would be a slight disappointment, but in the case of Shantae, the feature sound like an important part of the game. I will not be happy to have to play an incomplete version.

Well they're all games we can already get on the wii vc, but at least they're something.
