@Yorumi
going back to your earlier question regarding why I don't like Voice chat. Its just not for me. I find it more distracting than anything and for me it does not add to my experience or enjoyment of a game. That's why I play games : for my enjoyment and relaxation. I like to switch off after a hard days work. I don't normally play games that require on going conversations and/or tactics. I mostly play platformers, JRPG's and fighters. Splatoon is the first game that is even close to a shooter that I have played in recent years and I'm thankful there is no pressure to communicate. TLDR version is I'm old and a little anti social. But you do have very valid points, I just wanted you to understand where I come from. All the best
@Yorumi
I am aware it can be switched off, but from experience you have that few seconds of deafening high-pitched screams and/or insults while I fumble to locate the setting to switch off
I'm glad there is no Voice chat - Completely puts me off playing online if I'm honest. I'm too old for all that business and rough and tumble. The world needs more gentleman gamers I say.
Haven't even touched the solo yet, which for me is very rare. The online has grabbed me in a way which few games have. Yeah I admit a few frustrations with it, but its a learning curve and I'm actually enjoying the grind and levelling up. It seems fair thus far but will like a lot more variety in levels which I'm sure will make an appearance once it has settled. I cant play it for hours in a go but in bite size pieces it is most delectable!
Little Ninja Brothers sounds interesting, will read up on that. Had email confirmation that pre-order of Splatoon is on its way!! No discounts grab my attention.
thanks for the information I will do some reading up on those, haven't played a Harvest moon game in years. Will be good to dust off the Hoe and sickle and get talking to the potential spouses - Recently played Sakura wars - so long my love - which reminded me of harvest moon in that regard.
Many thanks for the Heads up on that! I know there were a few versions released on the wii - did any of those come close in style / feel to the ones I have played?
Completely right - I recently tried to get my Megadrive and Snes up and running on a new TV but Unfortunately modern TV's don't even want to touch any signal from years past. Loved ones might not want any chunky CRT's taking up space in the living room either!
@XyVoX
Do it if you have the cash spare - Well worth it. I would call these the ultimate versions of the games, so much attention and love has gone into all of them. Well worth reading the full interviews with M2 and Sega on the sega blog here http://blogs.sega.com/category/sega-3d-classics/
Amazing game...simple as. Gamecube Paper Mario even better IMHO. I didn't enjoy Paper Mario on Wii so much, didn't have the depth. If rumours of a Wii U version be true It had better go back to its roots.
I downloaded day one as want to support M2. They have done a fantastic job with all the 3D Sega classics thus far and cant wait for the next batch. Game is fun to play and SOO much better than the Megadrive version I used to play back in the day.
If I wasn't sat in front of my laptop when I received the email, I wouldn't even had the chance to pre order. Managed to get them but I Do feel for the people who lost out on the chance ( I still feel the pain of missing out on standard priced Ness!!).

Re: Nintendo is Discontinuing the Basic 8GB Wii U in Japan, Standalone White 32GB Unit Taking Its Place

Re: This Is The Ultimate Way To Display Your Treasured amiibo
Looks really cool but Samus, Link and DK have no place there
