Re: Splatoon Producer Inks Out Reasons For Lack Of Voice Chat And Staggered Content Roll-Out

@Yorumi
going back to your earlier question regarding why I don't like Voice chat. Its just not for me. I find it more distracting than anything and for me it does not add to my experience or enjoyment of a game. That's why I play games : for my enjoyment and relaxation. I like to switch off after a hard days work. I don't normally play games that require on going conversations and/or tactics. I mostly play platformers, JRPG's and fighters. Splatoon is the first game that is even close to a shooter that I have played in recent years and I'm thankful there is no pressure to communicate. TLDR version is I'm old and a little anti social. But you do have very valid points, I just wanted you to understand where I come from. All the best

Haven't even touched the solo yet, which for me is very rare. The online has grabbed me in a way which few games have. Yeah I admit a few frustrations with it, but its a learning curve and I'm actually enjoying the grind and levelling up. It seems fair thus far but will like a lot more variety in levels which I'm sure will make an appearance once it has settled. I cant play it for hours in a go but in bite size pieces it is most delectable!

I downloaded day one as want to support M2. They have done a fantastic job with all the 3D Sega classics thus far and cant wait for the next batch. Game is fun to play and SOO much better than the Megadrive version I used to play back in the day.
