I told a guy on IGN that this game would sell at least 10M in one year. He said it wouldn't. Guess I was right... Lol. 😎 That's probably going to be around 4 million in 7 days in Japan alone. At least 2 million in North America week one. At least a million in Europe. That's estimated 7 million worldwide in a week. Maybe even more. I personally know multiple people who bought the physical and digital copy (in USA) because their pre order didn't arrive Day 1. 😎

I told yall it was going to be BIG. My first Splatoon game. I know the rest of the world is impressive too! 😎 💯

Splatoon 3 joins my Day 1 video game purchases shortlist. My list includes: Super Mario Bros. 3 (I remember my mom and I hunting it down!), Mario Kart 8 and now Splatoon 3.

Plenty of Day 2, Day 5 or Week 1 but Day 1 are these. 😎 💯

I buy Blu-ray and Nintendo Switch games mostly.....the occasional CD... occasional vinyl. I live in the USA though. 😎

@Narvhal They made a previous video showing off the locked 60fps at 1080p but that was even before Splatfest. I'm sure they'll make another Splatoon 3 video. They absolutely love this game. 😎 💯

@Zebetite Isn't it funny how Nintendo used to get criticism for only releasing Mario and Zelda but Splatoon is now a Big Dog Nintendo franchise! Phenomenal success and this game is going to sprint on the sales charts. Just you watch folks... 😂

Digital Foundry also just gave a very positive "tech review" of Splatoon 3 and how it's evolved technically since the first one. This one is easily the best looking/running. This will be my first Splatoon full game. Something tells me it's going to be big. Lol 😎

@Deepdoop Destructoid gave it a 9. IGN a 8 (single player). Games Radar 4/5. Eurogamer recommended. It's scoring well so far.

@SplooshDmg it's super fun and the controls are super slick. You'll get the hang of it in like 10-15 minutes top. 😎

Digital Foundry has already started praising this games 60fps at 1080p performance weeks before launch. They love how rock solid it is. That's impressive quality folks rarely seen in chaotic shooters today (and my comment is trying hard to be respectful to other consoles... 😂).

I'm absolutely enjoying the Tour courses in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Congrats on the success. 😎

Some of you keep mentioning Xbox BC and that's nice.... but that ain't portable now is it? And I want certain games physical.

@Clyde_Radcliffe I own the amazing Metroid Prime Trilogy on Wii. But they were not in HD or "remastered". Hopefully they did some quality upgrades.

If I were defending, I wouldn't stay in the middle. I would be all over the map in the nooks and crannies inking spots unnoticed... LOL. 😎

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is such a Nintendo masterpiece. Seriously one of my favorite games ever! 💕 48 new courses is basically a brand new Mario Kart game for $24.99.

Best Buy (where I pre ordered) now has the Switch version slated for 12/17/2021. Target sold out of Switch pre orders before Black Friday. I think some of you are naive to how much this is selling on Switch. I'd bet at least a couple million in the US alone including physical pre orders. Uhhhh the wait.

They should of released these games one by one to focus on quality at $20 each. The Trilogy should of been a $60 collection package later released after all three games were released with quality control.

This review still feels rushed as even IGN is waiting till next week. I'm not canceling my physical pre-order and hoping the first of several patches is released in December. I've never played all three of these games and I refuse to buy an unavailable PS5 just to play this game when even that version is imperfect. I'll just use my imagination as I play Vice City blasting Laura Branigan's "Self Control". ✌️

@Brad_Hogan Word around the net is eventually. Since PlayStation is getting GTA 3 alone for its subscribers. Xbox is getting San Andreas alone on Game Pass. ✌️

@BenAV Switch is region free so we can import the regions that don't require a download. Not making excuses at all, just pointing this out for diehard physical copy guys. ✌️

They are definitely going to sell each game separately eventually. Visit the eShop, each game has its own tab (like how DLC is sold) on the Trilogy page just not available yet for separate purchase. Nothing can stop my excitement to play this Trilogy on a Nintendo console. Nothing. 😎 💯

I'm definitely buying it on Switch and as much as I want the physical version (hopefully they even manufacture enough to satisfy demand) having GTA:The Definitive Trilogy downloaded to easily play at any time (regardless of what Switch cart I have in "Breath Of The Wild 2" haha) is just as appealing. Also, these games may indeed release separately for around $20. Excited AF!!! 💕

@GannonBanned I totally agree. I remember when it scored the 13th 40/40 in Famitsu history. The game is addictive and one of Nintendos best games they ever produced. Deserved the massive sales. It's a classic now.

If Nintendo had a Grand Theft Auto on Switch they could literally lay in the shade and watch Sony and Microsoft fight for No. 2. My comment is not being a fan boy (remember that term? Haha) it's just Nintendo is so powerful without Grand Theft Auto imagine if they had that too? 😁

One of the most fun games I have ever played since I started gaming in the 1980's on NES. In my Top 10 games of all time based on how many hundreds of hours I continue to play it. In fact, I wanna play now.. Haha❤️

Mario Kart 8 is the best online Nintendo experience IMHO. It's like they anticipated 30 million sales. It's not perfection but nice and smooth when it works. But other games are simply exceeding their server expectations. Going forward they need servers to accommodate 100 million players any popular online game. The better it is the more players will play period.

Three reasons I'll be getting this even though I have it on Wii U:

1. Online multi-player. I only played this alone so playing with my online friends will be a brand new play through.
2. Bowsers Fury. I must defeat Bowzilla. Lol
3. 1080p and portable. The upgrade in resolution is nice, the game now runs faster and I can play it anywhere I choose instead of 10 feet from Wii U. ❤️

Off topic.. But the red Mario zip game case is really nice and I love it. 800 points, totally worth it. 💗
