Got Tomb Raider Remastered and The Arkham Trilogy this week, and expected those to take up my weekend. Instead I dipped on Cult of The Lamb when I saw it on sale. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time on that yesterday and today.
It's a SOLID pass from me. I think I could have forgiven the games not running the best but that download business is just taking the Michael. I'm assuming it's a single use code as well, making pre-owned copies useless and your chances of selling it on zero.
Some of the game choices are puzzling. This makes both the street fighter and the fighting collection a bit pointless. What I would like to see is the games from the first Arcade Stadium playable on this one, so we don't need 2 different launchers to run the games and they're all together.
I honestly would rather see Gameboy games than N64 and Megadrive games. Especially the Megadrive stuff, with the Sega Ages range and the Megadrive collection already out. How many times do I need Sonic 2 on the same platform!
If you are interested in this, forget NL's preorder guide. It's £39.85 at shopto with the preorder bonuses of double sided poster, sticker sheet and postcard set.
Pack 1 looks like a must buy for me. Then pack 2 if the first is any good. If we didn't have the street fighter and beat 'em up bundles, then pack 2 would have been elevated to must buy also.
Hopefully! Out of the games that have been rumoured this one would be my favourite. Very fond memories of the original on the Gamecube, but having not owning a Nintendo console between that and the Switch I've never played the other two.
I really want this. Doubt I'll have the spare cash to justify buying it just after coming back from my summer holiday. I love my SN30 pro, and one of these would allow me to transfer that to my PC instead of the PlayStation Classic controller I have been using. Look out September's paycheck!
I've been holding off buying the megadrive/genesis collection and dismissed the megadrive mini, thinking I'll just pick and choose what games I want from the ages range. Especially with their extra features. Looks like I may have to rethink that, as I could be waiting a long time for a decent selection in the ages range.
@AtlanteanMan exactly! I love these type of games but I really want to know how well controlling it translates onto the Switch (especially in docked mode) and I'm concerned with 2K's track record on the Switch. I will be watching out for and studying the reviews very keenly.
I was gutted that this wasn't coming to Switch when it was released for other consoles earlier this year. It seems perfect for portable gaming. I hope the price is line with other versions!

Re: UK Charts: Civilization VII Starts Strong, Switch Version Outsells PC And Xbox
@dew12333 I bought it on PC and loading a game takes absolutely agesssss. I don't think the issue is isolated to the Switch.

£4.24 for Dragon's Dogma is an absolute steal. Now's the time if you haven't got it.

Re: Feature: Nintendo Switch Ports We'd Love To See In 2023
The Tomb Raider games would complete my life. Sold my PS4 last year and those 3 games were probably the only ones tempting me to keep it.

Re: Nintendo Switch Games With Small Text: The Worst Offenders - How To Use Zoom On Switch
Picked up Big Pharma the other day as it's got such a big discount at the moment. I can hardly read the text on my 40" TV!

Please be Klonoa or Splatterhouse.
Re: Review: Two Point Hospital - Arguably The Best Version Of An Acclaimed Modern Classic
I was worried that this wouldn't transition well to the Switch- laggy and near unplayable in handheld mode. Looks like it's must buy though.

Didn't like this one first time around. Seemed to be still going through the tutorial after several hours of play. Give us Black Flag.

Easy one- Mario Bros U Deluxe, Outrun and Smash Bros Ultimate!
Re: Revisit The Past In Diablo III's Darkening Of Tristram Anniversary Event
@Dm9982 well, I'm tempted to quadruple dip. Same as I did for Skyrim- PS3, PC, PS4 and Switch.
