Different platform and build, but I feel it's worth mentioning as a PS5 player that there are frame drops and stutters there too that are significant and noticeable for seconds at a time in certain highly decorated areas (even on my PS5 Pro!) so this might be partially down to how optimised the game is. That said, I'm happy to read that the Switch 2 version is much improved from the Switch version!

I really liked the first one so this is exciting!

I actually love all three designs but the big deal to me is their final evolutions. For now, I picked Pombon.

Good - developing the game for the Switch as well would seriously hold them back.

You couldn't pay me to trust GAME with a preorder any more. Haven't liked the place for years now, it's been absolutely gutted and is barely even a shell of its former self.

I was sorely tempted by the gold Zelda Switch Lite, but the screen would be a downgrade for me with a Switch OLED. It's a real shame Nintendo haven't done this officially.

@EarthboundBenjy Agreed. I’m a big Pokémon fan but this is even grating for me. Like…every generation/game, there’s big focus on the OG 151. I know that’s where it all began but good lord…we get it. It’s 2023.

@DAHstroy it’s great on current gen consoles but from what I’ve seen, it crashes a lot on Switch. I’d do some research before picking it up on Switch, personally.

Never got around to playing these on the DS so this is great news!
