@Anachronism The soundtrack in Torna was a real "put off" for me. I love the music in the base game. It's actually one of my all time best OST ever.

@Coalescence The base game is better than Torna by far. I personally like the graphics in Torna but that's about it. Almost everything else is better in the base game. Even the battle system that people praise in Torna is kind of a step back in some ways. Yes it's better in some but not overall better. I prefer the control that 2 gives you.

@TDRsuperstar2 Cool. The Switch got me back into gaming and XC2 got me back into JRPGs. I'll admit the battle system does take some getting used to but once it clicked for me I found that it is the most engaging battle system in recent memory. Everyone is different but I prefer it over XC1 battle system.

@TDRsuperstar2 For me, Xenoblade 2 is better than Xenoblade 1 and SMT V but it's never on sale. Sometimes you can't even find it.

@Heavyarms55 But the fact that it's physical only also means that no Switch digital games are factored in either. Once factored in it's likely that Switch will still take the top 30.

This is nice for MHS2 but doesn't paint the full picture. SSHD already outsold MHS2 in physical copies (Japan). Think it's only a matter of time before it does so digitally as well.

For me, the music, dungeons and story in this game is the best in the series.

@Grumblevolcano Unfortunately don't have Nintendo Switch Online. Glad Super Metroid is there for new players and old. Unless switch online is appealing to me doubt I will be a subscriber. Will see what Nintendo adds next year to attract persons like myself. Having said that I still prefer to purchase and own my games and would really appreciate a Super Metroid remake.

@Zeldafan79 Disagree, it needs a remake. Why? Because I for one never played it and refuse to use an emulator to do so. Would love to play it on Switch. Also the obvious, this will allow hundreds of thousands if not millions to play this highly acclaimed game for the first time.

Let's be honest. This game is not an 8 on the Switch, it's much lower. On other platforms, yes, but certainly not on Switch with all those glaring issues. I refuse to play on Switch until a patch comes out that fixes the awful loading amongst other issues. Don't know what NL was smoking to hand out an 8.

Really want NieR: Automata on Switch but Astral Chain will most certainly do. Day one purchase!

Downloaded last night and the music is phenomenal! Excellent Zelda spinoff.

Only thing I can say is....ouch!

Let's hope this opens the eyes of more Japanese developers and publishers to port or develop new IPs for the Switch. Yes looking at you Falcom.

@Drussa Glad you mentioned this. I stopped trusting VGChartz a while now. Their so called "sold" data has been inconsistent so many times that it's now hilarious.

Will gladly pass on this one. Give us FF XIII and FF VIII instead.

Wish this was Skies of Arcadia. Never played that game but really really want to.

@Blitzenexx Now that we know we're getting a remake of Awakening on Switch I would really like a remaster of Minish Cap as well. Really enjoyed that game.

Say what you will NL but this game is easily in my top 3 Zelda games of all time and I absolutely adore it.

Exactly how is this news? This has been going on in gaming like forever.

Am I the only one who doesn't like that Link? I'll stick with Nintendo's design thank you.
