MKW and DKB were a strong opening shot for Nintendo. Turns out MKW just isn't different enough from MK8 to make a significant mark. Nintendo must've thought we'd be glued to it like MK8, but it's a good game with some noticeable flaws.
3rd parties massively dropped the ball with so many ports at launch.
Part of that is simply Nintendo's continued slow rollout of dev kits. And by "continued" I mean longstanding tradition. Same thing happened with Switch 1 and before, but with Switch 1 we had the novelty of the Switch + all timer in Botw.

Re: Another Switch 2 Game Has Been Updated This Week, Here Are The Full Patch Notes
Patch before this was a performance patch. It's better, but still the worst way to play the game. PC is better.
Shame because they have a good game, not great, that's a big love letter to mecha.

First ever W40k RPG. At least, proper RPG. And a good one.
Re: Switch 2 Launch Title Bravely Default: Flying Fairy HD Remaster Updated (Version 1.0.2), Here Are The Patch Notes
@h3s Yeah, I've long found the combat system intriguing but everything else lacking and not an enjoyable experience in general.
Each to their own I guess.
Re: Takashi Iizuka Explains Why Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Was Delayed On Switch 2
Switch 1 demo of the game kept me from buying it looked so bad.
I'll keep waiting for that Switch 2 release. Or Steam sale. Whichever occurs first.
Re: Super Mario Galaxy 1 + 2 Prices Are Live, And It's Sticker Shock Time
@CobaltFan Yes, it is. I don't support the pricing though. Nuts.
Re: Daemon x Machina: Titanic Scion Roadmap Outlined
@Specters They could update the cart with the DLC, but I bet it's already on there.
