I wish the Sonic series would just wither away; it had its time but now it’s just embarrassing to see the devs struggle and fail with each new entry. Someone just pull the plug on it already!
@electrolite77 come back when you have something of value to add to the conversation, clearly you’re a vindictive, asinine little troll and nothing more.
I played Goldeneye 64 religiously as a kid; it still holds up very well today! Really hope we get it ported to the Switch a la virtual console soon. Same goes for Perfect Dark 64!
It looks fun I would like to try this before I buy it. I’ve heard it’s quite difficult (not a bad thing, mind) but I wanna see if I could get into the groove of things before plunking down my hard earned coin. That animation style and music is terrific though. Made me intensely nostalgic for classic looney tunes.
Give us Battletoads, Goldeneye 64, Donkey Kong 64, Perfect Dark 64, Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie, Eternal Darkness and Conker’s Bad Fur Day HD remasters on Switch and I’ll be happy. Otherwise, I’m not the least bit interested in this project.
As much as I love Nintendo, I hate having two talking heads trying to explain their upcoming catalog titles to us as if we were empty headed children.
It’s embarrassing enough that said talking heads feel completely disingenuous but the fact that they remind me of those insufferable hosts on GameStop monitors is just irritating as hell.
2019’s Nindies announcements look decent enough; I’m more curious to see what may be in store for us later this year with their AAA announcements for E3 though.
Let’s hope we get ports of MDK, Quake II, Goldeneye 64, Perfect Dark and other gems make their way to Switch as well. As for Turok I and II- I’m definitely downloading them ASAP.
@Lionyone vicious seems too strong a word; maybe rigid or tough but no means a Monster. The Japanese work ethic is a beast though, I can agree that much.
His projects and dedication to his craft is admirable but at the end of the day, he’s still human with limitations, aspirations and misfires like anyone else.
I love his games and contributions to the medium but he’s far from perfect, putting anyone or anything on a pedastal is an unusual and counterintuitive endeavor if I’m being honest here.
Still- I will recognize the man and his team’s lasting contributions to the medium as a whole and I look forward to their latest projects.
The industry itself is always changing but it’s great to see Nintendo and their innovations come to life before our very eyes!
Neat. I’ve been dabbling with this game for a few months now and I’m pretty impressed with it. Pretty easy to get lost in the labyrinthine depths though.

Re: Feature: Nintendo Indie Collaborations And Crossovers We’d Like To See
2.5D Metroid meshed with Cuphead like visuals and ink splatters. Almost like a hyper frenetic splatter motif a la cyberpunk comics of the 80s and 90s?
Re: Expect More Xbox Live-Enabled Games To Come To Switch Over The Next Year
