Re: Feature: "We Have Absolutely No Intention Of Neglecting Her" - Persona 3 Reload Devs On FeMC And Porting To Switch 2

Persona 3 Reload and Metaphor Refantazio were both among my most anticipated possible Switch 2 ports prior to the system even being officially announced. Unfortunately, P3R isn't getting a proper physical release and I already own it on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Steam. I can already play it portably on Steam Deck. There's no reason for me to buy the game again, so I'm skipping it on Switch 2 unless someday they do a physical release.

Re: Nintendo Switch With Dead Pixels? It's Not A Defect, Claims Nintendo

I just bought a Switch 2 Pokemon Legends ZA Bundle at GameStop and it has a big bright white spot on the screen that won't go away. GameStop won't accept it back, so I called Nintendo customer support and they said it's acceptable to have some stuck or dead pixels. I still asked that they open a support case and I just dropped off the system to be shipped to their repair center. I have a feeling they'll just send it back without fixing the screen, but for $500 USD before sales tax I'm not willing to accept a faulty product.

Re: Atlus Rules Out Persona 3 Reload Switch Port

P3R was one of my most anticipated games for Switch 2 before either were officially announced, but since it's been revealed to be a game key card I'll be passing on it. There's no reason to triple dip. I already have the physical game on PS5 for a lot cheaper than the $60 USD they want for a game key card. I also got it for cheap on Steam deck for portable play. The same for Metaphor Refantazio which I'm sure will be another game key card on Switch 2.

Re: Nintendo Supposedly Investigating Possible "Swollen Battery" Issue With Switch 2

I've had this happen with both of my PSP models. I do need to go through my Joy Con, GBA SP, GBA Micro, Nintendo DS, DS Lite, 3DS, 3DS XL, Game and Watch Mario and Zelda, Switch, Switch Lite, Switch OLED, Wii U, Dual Shock 3 and 4, Dual Sense, Switch Pro controller, Steam Deck, Cell phone, Tablets, Laptops, and pretty much everything else in my home to make sure the batteries aren't swollen...

Re: New Checkout Bot Targeting Online Switch Stock Is Driving The Scalpers Market In North America

@Ryall Unfortunately I've never seen this offered by stores here in the US. It's a great idea though. Typically they just say its out of stock and maybe offer a notification you can sign up for but by the time it notifies you about the item being back in stock it's sold out again. I remember the NES classic was terribly difficult to find before the post SNES classic re-release. If a retailer would have let me pay up front for them to send me a unit when it came back in stock I'd have gladly done it instead of using Brickseek and calling the stores to eventually find one.

Re: The Standard Nintendo Switch Is Strangely Hard To Find In The UK Right Now

I've noticed the same thing in the part of the US that I live in. There's plenty of Switch Lite, but the standard Switch is either out of stock or very low. Even at $100 more than the lite, the Switch's ability to dock and to do multiplayer more easily was something I frequently heard from customers when considering which system to purchase.
