I'm confused why does everyone want cross-buy? If you want to buy a game for "NINTENDO WII U" or "NINTENDO 3DS" then buy/download it on their respective systems.

Another reason (I think) NINTENDO releasing the 2DS: To attract the DS fanbase. Many DS owners don't want to upgrade to a 3DS, but now with a 2DS on the horizon they can play all 3DS/DS games in 2D. And it's cheaper.

This is just stupid. I mean the 3DS can be turn off via slider and parental lock. So what the heck kinda console is this? for 7<= they can play with the 3D on/off via said slider and parental lock. Price I can see, but no clam shell design, no surround sound speakers, and controls on top screen really makes this a weird piece of hardware to be sold. Also I think the reason why NINTENDO is supporting the 3DS is because the more money it rakes in the more advertising money they have for the Wii U. Even though NINTENDO'S is super rich already.

Wait, does this mean that NINTENDO does want to succeed like the DS in sales? I thought they said they would never achieved it.

What language does Unity use?

I wonder of this will open up two possibilities:

1: 3rd party will do this
2: Porting over a game (e.g Ace Attorney: Duel Destinies) to NA via "Retail". Like releasing Ace Attorney: Duel Destinies exclusively on a download card.

Might I say something about Standard & Deluxe Wii U? Standard Wii U's for those who, like me, buy only physical games whereas the Deluxe has enough storage to let you download like 6-7 eShop games. Also say if someone would like to buy a Standard Wii U they can. $300 + $65.00 (1TB) + 7.25% (not that good with math so correct me if my equation is wrong) = total.

The Wii U does not need a price cut, UK already cut it so low and yet it still does poorly. All the Wii U really needs this holiday season and beyond are fantastic third party titles (e.g Ducktales Remastered) and first party titles (e.g Pikmin 3), and bundles. Also advertise, advertise, advertise. Take a page from the GCN or 3DS (preferably GCN) commercials.
