I do wish people would have some respect for each others taste in games. From CoD - Mario Bros, fruit phone games - Shovelware. Sure have an opinon by all means but let`s not start to assume people are like this or that, based on the type of game they play.

I really don`t want to see 3rd party games on my Wii U. I`m quite happy to play my 3rd party stuff like FIFA on my Xbox/PS. I bought my Wii U for all of Nintendo`s games, not indie games. My 3DS is the only piece of hardware that I play Indie titles on and believe the handheld/smartdevice/PC market is the best place for that. What`s important this year is for the top Wii U titles to arrive like Mario Kart 8, Zelda U, SMB, X, B2, Hyrule Warriors, Fire Emblem etc. I don`t see that much advertising from Nintendo but I never have really. I don`t think the target audience for the Wii U is unaware of the system and they are most aware of the 3DS. The people who are going to buy a Wii U understand the console is out they are just waiting for the right games.

I have most of the games on the eshop worth having. I can assure you this is one of the best. Yeah, it takes a bit of time to get used to the pace and mechanics of AiRace. Once you do master the skill required, it becomes a very rewarding experience.. The on-line leader boards are real a cool idea and it keeps you wanting more. I do hope people pick this up at this really silly cheap price.

I have been going on all year about wanting a new Advanced Wars game.

Great words... I would hire you in my defence any day. I blame people like me and my brother that always bought imported consoles. As a kid growing up in the 90`s, a US SNES was the only way to go.

Another one bites the dust!!! Hope the support of the internet brings this back into the frame for EU over the next few months. If anyone (publisher) needs my backing or money up front, I`ll be happy to hand over the cash. I would also purchase the Amercian version on the eshop and would have no problem with it. Still can`t see why anyone would support region locking..........................................................?

I have seen some of them games on sale at so many different prices. I will be picking up Boulder Dash XL for a couple of quid. AirAce Speed is my recommendation at the full asking price, yet alone with a discount.

1. Diablo (Xbox) with my brother, if I can get him to stop playing Pokemon.
2. Phonenix Wright - Duel Destinies (3DS) I`m still only on the second case with that nine tails bloke
3. A bit of FIFA 14 (PS4) with my mate tomorrow, while he tells me how great the new PS pad is.
4. My daily fix of Galaxy Force II & Airace Speed (3DS). They seem to go together so nice in the morning, like tea and toast.
5 Only a few levels to go on Mario Bros 3 (3DS) VC. It must be at least the 5th time in my life that I`ve completed it.
6. Bravely Default (3DS) - Clocked up a 100hrs so far and must complete all jobs. I must.......
7. Fire Emblem - Shadow Dragon (DS)- Picked this up really cheap on ebay and must do a few more chapters this weekend.
8. Been warming up this morning with a little bit of Marvel Superhero`s (Wii U) with my brother and had a right laugh on co-op mode.

Take-away menu on the ready, OFF I GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good old American marketing seems to have made the demo sound better than it is. I`m sure the main game will provide enough of a detailed explanation for you of the battle system and its various options.

Good choice.. The main game has so much more depth. Glad you stuck with the battle system in the demo and hope you enjoy this amazing game as much as I have.

I think @FiveDigitLP understands the demo is separate from the main game. He/she is just looking for reassurance that there is a story behind it.

The demo is seperate from the main game. However, the Town in which the demo is based does feature in the main game with a full lead story. The battle system at first may seem complicated, but I`m sure after a good few hours you will find it a breeze. Yeah, the demo is a bit bland but it does show the potential for the main game, it`s just showing you the basics. The amazing story in the main game provides romance, action, twists, turns and humour. This is not to be be missed and is one of the best hand-held RPG`s money can buy. I`m 100 hours in by the way and think I`ve quite a bit more to do.

I do!!!! It`s really getting boring hearing this same old comment everytime I read a Uk Nintendo sales based article. I don`t mean to be funny but I`m sure NIntendo care about sales in every Country. I care about Nintendo sales in the UK and I`m quite sure most UK Nintendo fans would too. Out of interest.. How do Nintendo do in the Netherlands?

Sweet.. Good job Shin`en, I`ll delete my saved data and start again. I liked this from the start but it`s really good you guys took on the feedback about some of the problems with the game. The big thing for me was the black screen but looking forward to playing with a faster Jett. Hope Jett III will carry on from the very cool last cloud assault level. Jett III - Cloud Asssault would be great. I hope this also gets a revised review on Nintendolife and becomes a classic eshop title.

Haha, so I am.....

I don`t think the UK Nintendeo market is doomed. It`s just a funny old market here in the UK. There is a massive market for second hand 3DS and DS games here. Hence the amount of console sales to games sales ratio. I really think one major released game could be played by many people by purchasing them from places like ebay. Games like Pokemon and Mario Kart that have long term play because of the on-line factors. However, the UK Nintendo marketing team needs a shake up and needs to make some big changes.

After all the problems with banks the World over last year. The last bank I thought would have trouble was the Pokebank.

The best games used to be for all your mates to come around and play. My group of mates all used to play games like Monkey Ball, Mario Bros, Crash racing, mario kart, worms, Wii sports, Madden, FIFA, and the latest Athletics game of the time. Try getting six mates playing worms in one room and ya in for a funny night. The best nights are gaming nights with such great memories.

Level 5... please don`t make a fruit phone game... please...

I`ve been playing old DS games from the US on my EU 3DS of late and enjoying cheaper games, together with titles that were never released in Europe. Anyone got the answer...... Could Nintendo just send an update to make all 3DS consoles region free????

Don`t forget Path of Radiance too. Sure we will see another Fire Emblem game by the end of this year.

Haha, I still got one of them hand drawn maps that I made as a kid too! That roadpass thing took me a few more goes than that.

I really hope this helps sell this cool little platformer to anyone that`s not already purchased it. That and the 50% discount offer.

Another game that should stick to them fruit phones. I really can`t see this taking off over here either. Did they not spend silly amounts of money on marketing and advertising in Japan on this one?

IMO games like this should be left to them fruit phones. Let`s hope this one spreads some Christmas cheer.

Sweet... That`s my boxing day starters sorted and then some Bravely Default for main. Then maybe a little bit of Zelda: Link to the past for some afters. All whilst smiling as I think of my free download gift of Mario Deluxe at some point in February.

EDIT: Almost forgot !!!! My free download copy of Super Mario 3D Land for getting my new special Luigi 3DS XL, will also get a cheeky play.

Completely missed this one as a kid and I`m looking forward to playing this for free in February. Thank you Nintendo for a fantastic Christmas present. Most of my friend`s kids are not allowed to play on-line, yet alone be allowed to register for a Network ID. Think the kids of Europe may help convince their parents with a little free gift like this.

I have completed the EU demo and the article describes it as the same one that you guys will be getting. What`s great about this amazing demo is the hours you can put in. Together with it being separate to the main game and the cool feature of carrying your levels/items over.

Golden Axe gets my vote

I did enjoy this little gem of a game. The 3D levels were a tad slow in places and the speeding up of Gareth Bale, sorry... I mean Jett, will be a great improvement. The dreaded black screen was a pain too! I didn`t realise that there were missing secrets; I was looking for ages for something that was never there. Story of my life… The update is needed and very welcome. Do hope we see Jett in his third adventure very soon.
