Yes and yes to your questions. After the 27th you need a club nintendo account via the website of your Country. You will see the website and registeration details on the red present leaflet inside the box of your new 3DS XL. You then need to register your new 3DS XL on that website. You will have to carry out a short survey for the purchase, as is the case with the registeration of all nintendo hardware and software. You then need to link your clubnintendo account via your new 3DS XL. Sure that your work that one out, go to the settings section on the eshop. All you need to do is input the email address that you have used for your club nintendo account and then you will have linked your accounts together. Once this is done your 3DS XL will see that you have downloaded the Zelda game on the club nintendo site. Carry out another short survey as before and wait 24 hours for a email outling your free download code for MARIO 3D LAND. Go to the eshop and input the download code as you would for the Zelda game you have already downloaded. Then you get to play one of the best games the 3DS has to offer. Hope this helps ?

Haha, look at you taking score! Don`t you also have a Zelda promotion this week on the new discounts sales store for the eshop. You also get free games for club nintendo points don`t ya? The terms and conditions for the recomendation codes promotion were a joke anyway. It`s all the same overall. At least you have SMT IV, I would swap all the EU promotions to just play that.

Mate, It`s for new customers anyway. Good excuse to get yourself a proper handheld and get the XL model. My existing XL is falling to pieces, so I have treated myself to a new one for christmas.

How could we? SMT IV is not even out in Europe, with no mention of even a release date. So them guys are Lucky! You are right tho, we just get different promotions. Not to say that Nintendo America won`t offer this promotion too.

Nice one for your detailed post back. The 3 hours complete time did also put me off a bit, did`nt realise that there was much more to the game. I played the demo on the XBOX, still not sure on the level of diffculty for that version. This is why I should`nt play demos for games that I knew I`ld like. I remember reading the review on here and thinking it would be a game for me. Will give it go over Christmas, thanks fella.

Your bang on about Mighty Switch Force. I have done about 3-4 hours on Jett 2 so far and I`m only on world/area 2-3. It`s not a easy game, if your after all the unlockables. Really feeling the 2D levels with hope that the 3D one`s get better. Am having issues with Jett 2 after I die tho, where the screen just goes black and I have to reset my 3DS. I was hoping for some other good eshop titles on my 3DS over the next few months as per the recent Nintendo Direct - Looking forward to Putty Squad and Shante the most.

Sam is talking about the same game. I would have to say that the NES version is much better from a game play point of view. I have only played the remastered version on demo and was really disappointed. I think the problem with some new platforms is how easy they are. Saying that I`m sure Duck Tales remastered get`s harder? Should I give it a chance?

Mate, was only thinking yesterday that it`s 60fps and my mate Sam from Nintendolife will be on this one. Enjoy this wonderfull game fella. That arcade machine is 60fps and full HD with a cost of around 5k, so it dam should be.

Played a good few hours of this wonderful game. This is one the best 3DS eshop titles so far. Get`s a 9.5/10 from me.

The demo is self set and not the same as the main game, it`s not like the FE demo. Try it it, it`s a very clever way of not spoiling the full game experience. Plus there are some added benefits carried over from the demo to the main game.

I want all the 3DS titles, apart from Picnose3. Have some great memories of putty squad on my Amiga. Let`s hope for the 3DS version of Shovel Khight soon.

It`s about giving an option to someone that perhaps is not as good at the game or does not have the time. There is nothing worse than not being able to defeat an end boss.

My nan is going to be bang on this at Christmas.

Mate, fps meanings nothing to me, I still play on my old SNES and NES. It`s all about the game-play and story, that`s why I`m a Nintendo fan. I can`t play games on phones or tablets for more than a few seconds.

This one dont look free-range to me.

Gotta say that the 3DS retail games wins everytime. Even if you stick on your own made buttons with glue and put your iOS in a Sega pita it still makes it 4:0 to the 3DS.

I agree with what your saying but Ike has been in two FE games and was also in the DLC on Awakening. It`s got to be Ike for the second character for me. He stole the show in Radiant Dawn and I would really like to see him over Chrom or Lucina.

King Marth = Fire Emblem. Would be nice for new fans of Fire Emblem to have someone in there they are famliar with. I say all that are not aware of Marth, go buy Fire Emblem :Shadow Dragon it`s such a cool game. Hell, if you like awakening go and get all the old games. Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn are two of the best games of all time for me.
