I'd put Mario 3D Land higher in that list and the Galaxy games a bit lower. I though 3D Land was fantastic and the Galaxy games were good but not that great, IMO. The rest is fine. Mario World is also still #1 to me.
Most people here haven't seen Arise's frantic and explosive battle scenes and it shows. I'm not surprised it runs on 30 FPS, otherwise it would be ugly.
