Anyway, it's almost Switchmas, a time of coming together and celebrating!

Just got back from a Switch event in London , and while I only got to play this for 10 minutes, my god were they incredible. I agree with the above about the presentation. While it's still very pretty, it is clear that this was built for Wii U and the noisy room didn't allow me to appreciate the music appropriately l.
All in all though, majorly excited for this.
1 week to go.
Oh yeah, the Switch is a beautiful piece of kit, really classy looking and well made to boot

I was always intrigued by this, it kinda gives me a Ren and Stimpy vibe which simultaneously terrifies and elates me! Will be far to busy at launch with BOTW anyway so can happily wait.

I'm personally very excited to see what that most heinous of companies, EA, bring to the table regarding FIFA 18 for the Switch.
If it's good, I'd honestly have no need for my PS4 anymore

Have no interest in Gen 2 as I'm old and played the originals only until X and Y.
But I always said I'd stop playing once I got as many of Gen 1 as were available, didn't expect Gen 2 to be here before I got there though!!!

I've ordered 1,2 Switch albeit with a heavy heart, mainly because I want to see what all the fuss is about with this HD rumble malarkey and as a proof of concept for friends and guests.
This for me is what I look forward to playing with the misses though in between mammoth Zelda sessions

After Ocarina is pretty open to speculation still. I mean, the timeline splits in 3 so there are multiple paths and also, it doesn't say 'directly' so could be after wind waker still, not before!

As a Wii U owner who has purchased all the DLC, and along with the misses put over 200 hours into this, I'm not in any rush to buy this. However, as a fan of the Switch concept who has at least 4 mates buying Switches and this (they all skipped the Wii U, shocking I know!!) I'm tempted to double dip! Although a myNintendo discount would be nice.....

So decided to try and go after all, the thought of checking out Splatoon and Arms is to exciting to pass up! Tickets secured, see you there

Yeah, I'd presume so! But haven't seen any pictures of it as of yet. But ultimately prefer it to the official Nintendo one as it has the 3 game spaces!! BoTw in the chamber, snipperclips obviously is digital, 1,2 Switch and MK8 deluxe in the case! Boom!

Does anybody know if that Hori case fits the Switch with the Joy Cons attached? If so, yummy!!!

@thesilverbrick as long as I can make use of my Wii U GameCube controller adapter I'll be happy! Saying that, not entirely sure how it would work on the go though....

Little Inferno is Legit one of my favourite Eshop memories. Found it completely at random during one of the Wii U's fabled game droughts and it took me completely by surprise with its charm. Will definitely check out the other 2 games and hey, may even download Little Inferno again. Oh wait, I won't have to pay right Nintendo, as I already own it.....

I'm glad they released cards for this game! I've promised my misses that I'll calm down on the amiibos for a bit and the cards hold no interest for me!!!

I just want to know all about VC at launch! Whether or not that ties in with the new online infrastructure is irrelevant. The launch line up maybe lacking (although BoTw and snipperclips is perfectly adequate for me personally) but good day 1 VC support would be a great way to rectify that.
