I got my 142nd on Friday

My problem with digital downloads is Nintendo's account system being linked to the hardware, if I break my 3ds/lose it all my content is gone and will have to replace everything. With physical games all I have to do is replace the system. Its about time they made it so you could redownload games on any system you log into even if they use the "primary" system like Sony awesome. I like my portable consoles to be portable with hundreds of pounds of digital content at risk every time I leave the house I wouldn't ever take it with me. As for missing out special edition games with bonus physical items, just sell the bonus items separatly in limited quantities to keep them "collectible". At least then people will have more choice with what format they buy the game in. But in the mean time fix the account system.

I couldn't be happier hearing this news. Hotel Dusk and Last Window is up there with my favorite games of all time. Hearing the old Cing Team is back together and continuing the Hard Boiled Noir Detective theme is amazing. Let's hope for a Western release.

I really want this, but I really don't want to buy from Game after all the hassle I had with them last year. Sucks... What to do?

After speaking to trading standards during the disaster that was this Mario marker repeat charging and taking over 10 days to return the money to me, I was informed they were under no legal obligation to compensate for anything other than additional bank charges incurred (which they will after reciving proof of these charges). With that said and i understand these kind of mistakes happen, I don't feel it is enough to keep my custom but I appreciate their voluntary gesture of good will.

I can't seem to log on to the stars catalogue at all just infite loading, looks like my stars will go unused , a real shame.

I have just been refunded for 4 copies and the original payment of 46.99 has been taken, still awaiting refund for 2 more charges now. Hopefully that is sorted soon, I just want this mess to be over with now.

Called them again this morning and they said they could confirm that the payments taken on Monday will be refunded back to us today at some point. With the additional payments taken yesterday morning being refunded tomorrow or Friday. I also asked about compensation for this, and was told that a company wide compensation plan is currently being discussed. But if anyone wanted to claim for bank charges would have to do that on an individual basis, providing proof of these charges which they will happily reimburse.

Never preordering from Game again, this is just ridiculous now being charged 7 times, my bank have locked my account due to suspicious activity. Don't get me started on their customer service on hold for over an hour just to be told they can't discuss it and all I can do is be patient. This really needs to be taken further to trading standards. Completely stuck with no money now with my account locked till further notice.

@GuruOfGreatness ah you had a lot better luck with them than I did, I can still access my account and my order says unshipped, at this point I'm not even bothered about the game, its the hole in my bank account that's causing me stress.

Charged twice more this morning, that's seven additional times now. I was on hold to customer support for over an hour just for them to say were sorry please be parient. A joke now at this stage for a major retailer.

Got hit 5 times not a happy customer.

@manu0 i might consider it seeing as there is nothing else that I really want, was thinking about just getting 8 coins and sell them on but I think they will be pretty common a lot of people will have 2k stars remaining.

Got the coin and the soundtrack I have 16k stars left no idea what to spend them on, I was hoping for something really expensive and rare to go up as a surprise.

I have 16900 stars and have been holding out incase something amazing comes up right before the end making me afraid to use any. I was hoping for something really limited for around 15k like the gold link and epona statue, but this really has me tempted to spend some.
