Re: Review: Kirby Fighters Deluxe (3DS eShop)

Jeremyx7

Looks awesome but no online yet again for a game that's perfectly suited for it Nintendo? Come on now this is starting to get really old..... I'm grateful for every Nintendo game that is online so far but they should really make anything with multiplayer have online functionality too. This is one area I've been kinda annoyed with Nintendo the past year or two.

Re: Cubemen 2 Hits the Wii U eShop on 4th September

Jeremyx7

Awesome! Was sold on the very first trailer for the wii u a few months back! Detailed strategy/stats/gameplay all in one is always a plus in my book. Finally glad to see a proper release date for the Wii U. Will be playing this often!

Re: E3 2014: Hands On With Nintendo's New Online Shooter IP, Splatoon

Jeremyx7

@Kirk all you're doing is spewing out useless opinions about 'COULD BE' information that isn't even present to determine any real basis for it yet. What's more is that you're replying to allot of people's opinions just because they differ than yours. Why not just let them have their own viewpoint and move on? You've given no valid replies nor given any real answers as to why/how your opinion is over anyone else on this topic yet that is what you're trying to promote. Just stop while you're ahead.....

Re: E3 2014: Hands On With Nintendo's New Online Shooter IP, Splatoon

Jeremyx7

@Kirk Not every Nintendo fan likes everything Nintendo does, everyone has preferences. I could care less about 70% of games announced for the wii u at this years E3 but the other 30% I am genuinely excited for because of what they're doing with those games.

Also, how could you possibly even know that Splatoon will or will not be Nintendo's next biggest franchise? It's not even out yet...for all you know you'll love it yourself and end up purchasing it along side millions of others.

Re: Poll: Should Nintendo Patch The Controversial Fire Hopping Technique In Mario Kart 8?

Jeremyx7

As someone who uses 'hoping' in MK8 to get ahead I would have to agree with everyone who says it should be taken out. Yes I use it sometimes, and yes it actually does help shave off seconds, and yes it actually does help to win. With that being said it NEEDS TO BE OUT OF THE GAME simply because it's incredibly annoying to repetitively button mash all the way through the race!!

@Einherjar I very much agree with you on how & why 'hoping' isn't a skill in MK8 because anyone can do it and it's not really hard to do. It's less skill and more button mashing which I absolutely hate in racers. Clearly this was not intended by Nintendo and should be taken out of the game ASAP.

In the mean time I hope people don't succumb to using this over sighted unintended trick as not everyone will want to button mash there way to victory instead of actually focus on the race at hand. But more probably will...

Re: Review: Kirby & The Amazing Mirror (Wii U eShop)

Jeremyx7

@allav866 You should definitely try this game out for yourself. Don't let this one reviewer's opinion discourage you. This game has received generally positive reviews by most critics and even higher reviews by everyone else.

If you like Zelda, Metroid, and Kirby games you cannot go wrong with this game!

Re: Yoshi, Sheik, and Zero Suit Samus Confirmed as Challengers in Super Smash Bros.

Jeremyx7

@TeeJay But see, Peach is cartoony and so she can get away with silly, because that's how cartoony works. As for Zelda she's a very powerful person that doesn't just use physical attacks so it doesn't really matter what she wears. Zero Suit Samus and Samus in general including the the entire metroid universe has always been based on a realistic art style.

Just saying the new high heels shown for her does not match the style of metroid at all. Not a big deal really, but just something that seems off visually. Personally, I really do hope they scrap the high heels with something else more believable for jet boots.

One of the superior kirby games by far! Played every single kirby game except for the latest one on wii and this is by far one of the most creative, intricate, fun, and vast kirby games to date. There are more than enough portals, shortcuts, and multiple pathways to take that makes the game feel more interconnected than the review is making it seem here.

The amount of content of enemies, secrets, rooms, pathways, power-ups, worlds, and surprises is what makes this game incredibly fun to explore & replay in different ways. Strongly disagree with this review as every supposed negative that I read was never apparent in my experience with this game. Not even once. There is no hand holding in this game which is why some probably can't get into it as much but that is why I absolutely love it! It allows me to explore on my own terms.

Personally I would give this game a 9.7/10. It's that good to me!!

Re: Nintendo UK: Awareness Is The Real Issue With The Wii U, Not Price

Jeremyx7

Gamepad is a great addition btw, I'm able to do things in real time on the fly like never before! Plus the gameplay possibilities for future game projects on the Wii U are so soooo many!!

Don't forget the gyroscope built in or am I saying it wrong? You know that thing that detects if it's tilting forward/backward/side to side. It's incredibly accurate too!

I just wanted to share my thoughts here about how amazing the Wii U really is. And I've only had it for little over 20 days. The Games are Only getting better with more USE of the GAMEPAD!

Re: Zelda: Wind Waker HD Release Triggers 685% Increase In UK Wii U Hardware Sales

Jeremyx7

I was one of those peoples who bought me the special edition Wii U bundle with Wind Waker HD!! ^______^

I also bought Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate when capcom slashed the price tag by half (only $30.00 to purchase)!!

Plus I have over 15+ highly replayable wii titles many of which are of AAA quality that I still play very very often such as Metroid Prime Trilogy, Brawl, La Mulana, Mario Kart Wii, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (My personal fav in the series), Xenoblade Chronicles, and the list goes on.....

And now with all the many indie games coming onto the Wii U scene more than ever the past 3 months along with Wonderful 101, Rayman Origins, Wind Waker HD, and other Wii U titles it will only get better! Looking forward to 2014 very much, I have a feeling that will be a HUGE year for the Wii U. Hopefully my feelings are right.

Re: Out Now: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD

Jeremyx7

I've had my digital copy since September 20th thanks to the bundle price drop all in one deal!! ;D

I really do love my Wii U. Been able to play ALL my wii games which I still play lots of. Also bought Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate when it was on sale for $30 which btw feels like an entirely new game with literally 5 times more content roughly than the original probably more!! Just going by new monsters, items, weapons, armor, features it's like an entirely new game almost. A new game attached with the original tri as well as fine tuned A.I. to make it more engaging.

Wonderful 101, Rayman Legends, Sonic All Star Racers, Deus Ex: HR, a number of indie games are all on my list of games to get in the near future! And that's just games coming out before 2014! Momentum is finally picking up for the Wii U and I'm loving it!

Re: Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut Finally Dated for Wii U

Jeremyx7

@Thomas Whitehead - "a thoroughly decent game is welcome"

I really do hate putting people on the spot but I feel I must make known how much I respectfully disagree with your statement. This is FAR MORE than just a decent game. 90% of the games out today aren't even close to how well crafted this game is. This is a superbly excellent game that was crafted with great thought & execution. Deus Ex: H.R. deserves a ton of credit. I appreciate the article overall still. ;3

Re: Eiji Aonuma States Desire to Avoid the Limitations of Tradition in The Legend of Zelda Franchise

Jeremyx7

@MeloMan Not sure what you mean by 'If Zelda alone would get back to that'. Every single game of the series (except for the first 2) has some way of letting you know where to go next at a certain point throughout including ALTTP.

Also, just speaking from personal feelings, I've always truly felt that the 'adventure magic' has never left the series not ever. Not once. For me at least.

Re: Eiji Aonuma States Desire to Avoid the Limitations of Tradition in The Legend of Zelda Franchise

Jeremyx7

Every Zelda game has been successful for two main reasons.

1.) Nintendo has stuck to the series' roots by keeping it true to it's core.
2.) Nintendo has always added a number of new, unique, styles of wonderful game mechanics through both gamplay & controls with each and every Zelda game.

Basically they've been doing what Mr. Aonuma's mindset is saying all these years. But he just wants to take it even further which is fantastic in my book! Every creative artist should always change up aspects of their works while at the same time staying true to his/her inspirations(or roots). This is true for all forms of 'fresh compelling medium'.

I've been extremely happy so far with the Zelda series and I wonder in high hopes how they're going to make another fresh/new/epic experience this time around!

I also hope they have motion controls again used in conjunction with the Wii U gamepad somehow. That would be a amazing hybrid of gameplay possibilities.

This one looks interesting with the art alone so far. Looking forward to more upcoming news about it.
