I truly hope that there is going to be something other than just Splatoon on WiiU. I'm looking forward to the game as much as the next guy (assuming he does), but I am in desperate need of new WiiU titles being announced and released. Our patience is to be rewarded.

I read a very short piece on Polygon where an official on the project said that everything is on schedule, but that he'd lose his job if he said anything else.
This could bode ill news read in the above light, which is a shame.

I'm a stranger to this franchise, but I'm super interested! Good news for Nintendo. Good news for me.

@chiptoon I totally agree with you! I HATE not being able to browse for game in stores. Luckily its not the same scenario as with having had a Gamecube in RSA, since there was no Kalahari or eshop in 2002. Back in my day, gaming was tough I tell you, tough!

@Pillowpants I agree wholeheartedly! Its also troubling that I thought: " Well, I'll probable need a Yoshi Amiibo then" .

@ThomasBW84 Downloaded immediately; I read as many reviews as I could find and I have to say that that I feel you hit the spot, thank you! Excellent game, the mechanics are great and the game-play super fun. I don;t even mind dying.

Any indication on how big this game will be?

I am so hyped! This game has looked so exciting from the start, and now I'm bargaining on it filling the void of cool action games the recent past. Correction; Dangerous levels of hype.

I loved it. I loved the variety,and I loved how lighthearted everything was. The other shows were filled with such levity it got kind boring. The only showcase I watched in entirety.(I only have Nintendo consoles, so go figure). One question though, any news on the Shin Megami X Fire Emblem title, which was confirmed on many a gaming site? I was pretty psyched to see something on that.

Salutations from South Africa! I purchased this fine game on Friday evening. I was impressed to the point where I did not sleep. I thought Saturday would be just as good, maybe better. Imagine my surprise when I saw that I could download a free game just because I decided to get a game I really wanted. I did not plan on it, nor expected this delightful surprise. This weekend I thus got WW HD and MK8. What a momentous occasion for me. What a momentous occasion for gaming in general. Nintendo, you have my bow.

I love this game and everything in it. 25 Hours in, and its still just getting better.

To anyone who isn't certain about buying this game: I think you should.
Even though I read all the (excellent) reviews, the past wasn't kind to JPRG's in general, and I didn't want to get hurt again. I'm happy I gave love another chance.

I can't wait, this looks even better than the IVth installment. And I liked Legend of the Titan a lot. Too much. Addicted.
