Hollow Knight’s fantastic. I purchased it before it went on sale and feel it was severely underpriced. I’d happily pay more for it and will undoubtedly be following TC’s future releases. Easily one of the best games I’ve played for a long, long time.
@Heavyarms55 I'm not a massive fan of the Souls games, but I feel it's more the sense of accomplishment people go for when playing these kind of games, overcoming a difficult obstacle. It's very rewarding when you do eventually kill that boss after x amounts of attempts in trying to do so.
Well deserved too, I was sceptical when purchasing this title having not played the demos but it definitely exceeded all of my expectations. 45 hours in the game at the moment and still an incredible amount of content to go through still.
Definitely biding the time over until MH hits the Switch and even then, MH might not be able to pull me away from this gem.
Another what seems to be good looking indie game. I'm rather tempted by this one. Nintendo just need to stop so I can actually keep my wallet closed for a while!
That's pretty sweet - I've put a fair bit of time into the PC version of this. I'd be willing to double-dip providing the price is right, anywhere up-to around £15.00 seeing as I've got the PC version.
Moonlighter, been following that for a while, it’ll be a day one purchase. Other than that - Hollow Knight, perhaps and I’ll potentially quad-dip into Terraria depending on the price.
Played the Beta for this, it didn't feel the same for me, I liked it, but not as much as I enjoyed the previous installments, but it is still a day one purchase for me. I'm not fussed about it not coming to Switch, I own all three consoles and a PC. I can take my pick.
I would however like to see a MH game made ground-up for the Switch in the future (or a XX port) when, I don't mind, just sometime.
I have no doubt that the game is going to do well on the console. It’s a fantastic game, grittier than what we’re used to seeing on a Nintendo console, but a fantastic game never the less. I don’t really see how this topic is relevant to anything at all and why there would be doubt as to whether or not this is going to do well..?
I'm fine with this, I have other means of using Netflix at the moment, it's not a big deal. It's a game console, not a tablet. Although some beg to differ lol.
I wouldn't mind a built-in browser, simply for gaming related use, guides and such, but there's nothing stopping me turning on my PC / using my mobile for such matters either..
Just focus on being a console for now, that's fine with me.
@Agramonte I’m trying to keep myself away from news and updates about the game. I want some surprises when I get it. But man. The hype is real.
I’ve not had a chance to play the beta as I was on vacation when it was open, but roll on the 18th! I’ll be playing that all next weekend. Then to be able to play the finalised release a week after, hell yes!
@Agramonte, I agree. It’s not been a fantastic month, but we can’t really expect a constant stream of massive titles, there still seems to be a lot of good things to come over the first quarter.
I’m happy about no big releases. Gives my wallet a month to recover and there’s plenty of games out that I’ve still not got round to buying.
I understand why there's people complaining about this, it was built up too much, people expected AAA games instead of ports and more functionality related news instead of a line-up that pretty much consisted of ports. But as others have clearly stated before-hand, nothing was really 'promised'. No one should have expectations on what to expect and it was only a mini. They'll be saving the larger news for a later date.
Personally I enjoyed the Direct. I never owned a Wii U. I'll definitely be picking up Donkey Kong, Hyrule Warriors, The World Ends with You and I'll also probably triple dip into Dark Souls too.
Kirby looked quite enticing, but it came off as more of a multiplayer game to me, which I'm not particularly fond of.
Aside from that, I downloaded Dragon Quest Builders Demo today, which took me by surprise and I'll probably end up purchasing that too now.
I thought it was good, I enjoyed it. Definitely enough to give me reason to keep going onto my Switch, not that I didn't have enough reason to do so already and a list of games waiting for my wallet to fill up after Xmas.
I'm pretty happy with that, there's a bunch of games I haven't had the chance of playing whether they are ports or not. What I've seen has definitely increased my Switch's life-span.
I'll be grabbing Kirby from what I've seen here, along with Hyrule Warriors, as I didn't have a Wii, Donkey Kong and potentially Dark Souls (I've played the original Dark Souls too much).
But overall, I'm happy, I'd consider getting everything that I seen on the video.
If they release Fire Emblem, that alone will be enough for me on top of any third party games.
Not so inclined for Bayonetta, Yoshi and Kirby, although the latter two do look somewhat intriguing and I’ve never actually played a Metroid game or Smash, so...
I'm loving the console so far, had it since the beginning of November and I've not played on my PS4 or XBO since. I still delve into gaming on my PC though here and there though, but primarily I use my Switch now.
I agree with the gripe about the Eshop, it's lacking and very basic at the moment, but for the most part, It's simple and easy to use, but it could definitely use some improvement.
I would also like to see additions such as apps as mentioned above. YouTube, Netflix, Amazon also a Web Browser would be a fantastic addition, so I don't have to turn my computer on simply to Google anything I need when gaming on the Switch or use my phone.
Other than that, I'd like to see a continuation of fantastic releases, including the Indie games that we've been getting, but above all, I would love to see a localised Monster Hunter, as much as I'm looking forward to World, Monster Hunter NEEDS to be portable for me.

Re: Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate Hits Switch This August
@Joeynator3000 think he meant sarcastic about no one caring anymore, when evidently they do
I personally was incredibly happy to see this having held off importing it. It'll be great to have a reason to turn on the Switch again.
Re: Reaction: What Did You Think Of The Nindies Spring Showcase 2018?
I loved Mark of the Ninja when I first played it on PC when it released, I might go for it again on the Switch if the price is right.
Bad North, looked generally interesting, but will need to see more on that before I plunge money into it.
Banner Saga Trilogy, again - comes down to the price, I've always been interested in the series, but never enough interest to pull the trigger.
Nothing else peaked my interest.
Re: Feature: The Big Nintendo Direct Summary - 8th March
Octopath and Dark Souls, the only two that interest me.
I've never played Smash, so might invest in that - but not usually my thing.
Re: Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap Gets A Physical Release On 13th February
I’d have probably considered double dipping into this just because the case looks good.. But not at all worth it for the asking price.
Re: Kickstarted 2D Wonder Aegis Defenders Coming To Nintendo Switch On 6th February
This looks good, definitely piqued my interest.
Re: Epic Games Is Interested in Bringing Fortnite to the Switch
I've tried this on PC - couldn't really get into it, but I'd be willing to give it another go on the Switch when / if it releases.

Intriguing, I might consider this one.

Re: Feature: The Biggest Nintendo Switch Retail Games of 2018
Definitely have interest in more than three, I’ll be picking up:
Fire Emblem
Donkey Kong
Hyrule Warriors
Octopath
Dragon Quest Builders (eventually)
Then probably a couple of others based off of gameplay videos when released and when my wallet can compensate.
Re: South Park: Fractured But Whole Coming to Switch on 13th March, says Aussie retail listing
Pass, not my kinda thing. But happy for those that are going to pick it up and another game porting over to the console, - the more the merrier.
