I think the name of the game is a little bit strange but it looks like a blast!

Everything except Wii Fit U and Wii Party U, they aren't my type of game.

Very valid point by Reggie, yet again. Nintendo franchises sell a console, you look at a Nintendo console and think of their franchises, not 3rd party games.

Free to play isn't always bad, and when done right it's fantastic (Look at League of Legends) it has a huge playerbase and is very fun.

I don't understand why people want a new IP regardless, there are tons of IP's Nintendo has that if they release will consistently keep things fresh, and many have already settled in with the beloved characters in said franchises.

Honestly when you take a look at what they've done with Donkey Kong Country Returns, you can see that they really have mastered the essence of Donkey Kong so I could see why they'd want to make another one, at the same time they also mastered the essence of Metroid in the Prime games, however they had made the 3rd Prime game to end the trilogy.

@Datasun_7 Prime 3 was supposed to end the trilogy, so if they were to make another it would have to be a prequel.

I got sadfaced, previously my state North Carolina was on the list but now that I checked today it is no longer on there so I won't be able to experience these demos D:

I almost threw my laptop out the window then I had several friends tell me the same thing that they were lagging, to be honest it hurt me at first, but I still watched the entire stream and then I watched it when it was uploaded on Youtube.

This would certainly push me on-board to purchasing more games digitally, so far I do have quite a bit of eshop games, but if something like this happens I'd be much more willing to purchase more because of the additional security it offers, such as if my 3DS was stolen (Which I highly doubt will ever happen) I could always pick up another one, log into my account and re-download all of the games I had purchased.

I played all except for the City Folk (The Wii one) and loved them all, it's a no brainer i'll be picking this one up, the games offer hours and hours of fun.

I doubt it'll come to the West unfortunately seeing as Retro Game Challenge 2 never came over, but this show is amazing! I've been watching it on my TV thanks to the Wii U, if you guys are interested in where you can find this show, check out Gamingcx.com

Well Bayonetta 2's a start, honestly though storyline in a videogame is something I could care less about, however if many people actually do enjoy it, it would be something to jump on.

I knew there was a Prime-ish feeling in Halo 4, just look at the enemies! They should still be working on some great games though, especially with the fact they had expanded their Studio last year.

I wouldn't mind him working on something else, a new IP is always great, I remember when Pikmin was first announced I freaked out.

The Wii U won't need a price-cut, the PS4 and Xbox one are going to be much more expensive considering the hardware specs, all the Wii U needs are the games which we already have release dates for, it's just a matter of time. As for the second comment the 3DS is an actual console, whereas a tablet or smartphone is a multimedia device, sure they can provide games, but those games are no comparison for an actual full-blown retail game.

Wow I didn't know they worked on Punch-Out for Wii, I loved that game and Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon as well, I think Nintendo should make them second party, after all they've made some high quality games.

EU gets all sorts of cool stuff but then again I'm pretty sure we (in the US) get some games earlier.

I don't understand why pirates even pirate things, you don't get the satisfaction of knowing you paid your hard-earned money on that particular game and that gives you the drive to play it, and you also are paying the developer for releasing said amazing game. If I want to get a classic game I would pick it up on the Virtual Console over an emulator any day.

Luckily I am only around 30 minutes away from one of the locations in my area, can't wait to go.

That seals the deal for me, the fact they'd bring it over to another console is fine, but first they delay the game, next they give exclusive content to another system, no-buy.

For me the used game thing is a double-edged sword, on one hand I believe the developers should receive money so they should be extinguished, but if they create a used game fee through having a code for that particular game you are unable to share.

My brother actually bought this game yesterday and made a bunch of posts replicating all the confusion about this game, although he actually knew what he was doing. Games nowadays don't require reading of a manual and they also rely heavily on waypoints to help players find their way to the objectives and games without this are linear. Basic problem solving and exploration are killed in most modern games.

So glad these are actually going to be available in the West, I remember wanting to pick up both of these but to import it would've been around $100-150 each, glad I waited.

Backwards compatibility making you backwards? I don't understand, I guess he said this to keep people from bashing Microsoft's choice of doing this...again. With the Xbox 360 it was backwards compatible, however it only worked for a few games, backwards compatibility isn't a must have but it's very nice to have especially to free up space in a game room.

I don't understand how people could be disappointed, yes it wasn't as packed with new things as the previous Ninty Directs were but you have to keep in mind E3 is nearing and Nintendo wants to keep all extra surprises in the waits till then.

Sounds awesome but I'd rather have like a Nintendo All-star racing game, I think that'd be really cool.

I understand people who make lets plays usually take time to edit them but just because you buy something doesn't mean you own the rights to upload a video on it, especially media-wise. I'm sure many people will either quit doing lets plays of Nintendo games or only do them occasionally with a mixture of Sony and Microsoft games in order to continue gaining revenue.

I still don't understand what the fuss was about the other Walking Dead game, it really didn't look interesting to me.

I really hate digital downloads but when it's a game I like and can only pick it up through digital, i'll do it.

Wow, this literally just sold me on Shovel Knight, reminds me alot of Megaman.
